Great hotel that is pet friendly. Needed a place travelling north. Off the motorway, had covered parking and was accepting pets. Rooms were clean and spacious. Decent size bathroom with shower. They offered a pet fee but included a goody bag with poo bags, a toy rope and chew bone.

Hotel is located just off motorway but is limited for choice of restaurant.
Hotel is very average with typical rooms but it feels inferior to competitors.
Service was ok but late opening for breakfast with no apologies just shrugs.
Won’t use again.

Average hotel 

Often stay here on our journey to the south. Just off the motorway with guarded parking. Rooms comfy and always clean. Reminder to take your own pillow as even if you ask for a second one they are about the thickness of a cheese sandwich. Another bonus is restaurant La Lavande (Italian& French) just across the road.

Good place to stay.

It was a dangerous and the worst experiencia I have had in any of my travels, I had to sleep in the car in the middle of a Street in another town since this horrible excuse of a hotel did not have a person in the recepction after 9pm.  The hotel had taken my room and given it to other people because of excess demand.  It was cold and horrible sleeping in a cramped french car.  We were lucky to have a car.  Had we taken taxi we would have been left with no place to go and no place to sleep in the middle of nowhere in France since all romos in 100 miles around this town were full.

I made a reservation on this hotel 5 months prior to the date in lieu of the fact that I knew that hotels in the área would be scarce due to the Tour de France.  The hotel did not have 24 hour reception and even if it did, the only human being there (a security guard) told us that our room had been taken for other clients.

If your travel plans make you arrive late then it might be impossible for you to get your room, have your confirmation number Handy, that might help since after the reception closes you might be able to enter with that number.

BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL

We was tired so decided to come of motorway and stay at hotel 
We parked car in car park and walked to reception and asked if any rooms. Room available so we checked in then went back to car and found window smashed. Bags gone. Passports, computer, camera and other things.

Excellent position just off A9 Motorway so easy access back on. Or N47 is equally a great option on the doorstep.
Good secure parking except the pedestrian gate was continually open.
Catherine was very helpful and spoke English to us. Check in as was pre booked was quick and easy.
We were on second floor, with two heavy cases and no lift that was a slog.
The room was good enough but two of our group had to have their room changed due to it smelling of sour milk!
Breakfast was appalling.  The coffee flask ran dry so coffee had to come from a vend machine, the orange juice was very weak and watery not even tasting of orange. 
No scrambled egg was available and the bacon was not replenished until I asked for it to be.
Then after it came out of the microwave it was only Luke warm in places. Not the ideal start to the day!
Would I stay here again?  I doubt it very much, and will be contacting B&B regarding my issues.
