The day of our arrival they told us that bedlinen was not provided and they didnt offer any (even for a price). As a result we had to buy new bedlinen on which we had to sleep unwashed! Because they were not able yo tell us this simple info in advance we (including little children) had to sleep our first night on bedlinen that reeked of chemicals! And the 2nd day started with the search for a laundromat.
But that was only the beginning: the place they gave us was in the abandoned part of the parc. It didn't look anything like the pictures we saw when we booked! The weeds outside were not tended and full of garbage!
The inside of the place was more or less ok, if you ignored the mouse or rat excrements in the bath, the unusable pans, the dirty marks on the bathroom floor and the lack of bedlinen.
The day after our arrival we complained in the reception but they told us they couldnt do anything!
Late we discovered that just outside our "house" roof shingles were falling down! Were our son played before!
That was enough! We left and had to find another place short notice, which was not cheap mid august!

Awfull!

We were disappointed with our stay. The announcement did not match the accommodation we had. There were only two rooms instead of three announced. Also, the accommodation was small. The main room had no windows. The accommodation was particularly dirty. Notably kitchen, toilet, bedroom and garden living room. We found leftovers of food that had begun (very average during the COVID period). The basic equipment (toilet towels, toilet paper, condiments) was absent even though mentioned in the announcement.

Clean, pleasant accommodation.Nickel bathroom and beds made on arrival.Only a napkin, the heat upstairs. Provide an umbrella. Ideal for a couple's stay. Nice walk around the property. Very friendly accommodation. The environment is only looking for improvement. We will not hesitate to return.

Hello I'm coming back from the Dourdy estate I was pleased with my stay, I liked the rehabilitation project, the household was clean and compliant with covid standards, with water to wash with javelin, ideal for a week in combination with the sea and nature

Flee absolutely!!! Rent from another uncomfortable era. Watch out the photos of the site are misleading!!! Very small apartment one room which is the kitchen, no living room. No hygiene!!!! Disgusting apartment, dust everywhere even on the coffee shop, forced to clean everything on arrival!!!! Clogged lavatory, garden furniture more than dirty and very aging. Weeds 1.5 m high as a terrace in front of the gypsum. It is our neighbor who has unfurled... Where are the standards and process Covid 19, it is inadmissible!!! It would be necessary to check the ARS!!! Moreover, the gendarme does not excuse himself, he seems quite interested in hiring family members!!! So I say that you do not have to rely on the benefits of normal hotels, but you have to rent a lot of the same land, and then we have to make sure that you have at least a lot of other people who have a lot of money and are willing to rent a lot of them.

It's absolutely horrible to run.

When a very friendly person arrives who advises you in detail on the visits to be made during your stay. So the site is a sad, dirty, completely abandoned, in the evening there is no light to enter your cottages... think of the frontal! The cottages are poorly maintained when we arrived the bathroom was a room, the kitchen floor as well...The garden tables and chairs are DEGUELASSE the entrance door tower full of spider webs and j pass etc.... The wifi 😂 we must capture it...As soon as we pass the entrance we lose the network.

The Great Deception

This residence may have had hours of glory but that was before!!! A huge area partly abandoned, a pool of water with bad water and a tennis court full of weeds, so facilities are out of service. No bench in the park or children's games and a playroom with only one babyfoot. The bungalows too small, the one planned for 4 is just for 2, a blind room, without the limits of hygiene standards possible! No relaxation corner with only a chair, just the kitchen corner. No umbrella. So a lot of shortages for a high price. The positive point, the kindness of the place and the very pleasant situation to practice the rando and the beaches. A few personal visits are a long way away but a nice one. Cars or bicycles are indispensable.

Sadness and Desolation

Very expensive for the services offered... nothing at all... no more pool, no tennis... area with enormous potential but left to be abandoned... customers don't have to pay for the bad management of investors... the rate is simply unacceptable in terms of services... and unfortunately they don't catch up on the comfort, more than a summary, very very dirty with a smell of enclosed. No TV, no chair or anything to relax... if it rains good courage to spend a day locked in these apartments... what a shame because the place is top... we could at least announce the color before our place because we arrive at the property we think we're destined to see abandoned apartments arriving at the entrance!

Walking dead

If you're not transported to the area, you're not going to be able to find a bike, but the roads aren't openly disrupted, so there are only four cycling lanes, but in a peripheral urban environment there's no small entrance fee. It's not easy to see the smell of the door, but it's not worth the price of the laundry, and it's not worth the price of the car, even if it's a little too expensive.
