10mns from Senlis, at the farmhouse, a cozy and well-dressed guest room. Good breakfast, with a cereal bread and crumbs. I join some comments: wifi is the gallery (but 4g ok).

A pleasant guest room

A peaceful night in a more than pleasant guest room! Nice reception, comfortable room with good beds, clean and spacious bathroom. Terrace. After a good night, a delicious breakfast. A pleasant contact with the guests. What more to come back to, because the area is wonderful, for us a discovery!

We spent one night in this hostel. Despite the many positive points, (a warm accommodation and a nice setting, you are staying in a single family home in the farmer's house), I slept rather badly. The walls of this place are built very finely (gyproc plaster tiles) which makes my night very busy because of the TV (until 00.30), you sleep at the same level as the living room and dining room. As for breakfast, 4 small precooked paints reheated in the oven, two small pots of jam, I don't think a single fruit juices from a local supermarket chain. Although the quality of the table was OK, it was so that the quality of the cooking equipment that I had for me could be passed to the next level.

Noisy for someone who has sleep disorders for the rest of the day OK.

We stayed overnight at this B&B just before the New Year. Montepilloy is a very quiet village, it's very peaceful (though it is a working farm I think !). The rooms are downstairs in the house, and the madame lives upstairs.

Rooms are clean, well presented, nice bathrooms with lots of hot water, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini bar (but at sensible prices), comfy bed and we slept very well.  There is a TV, and Wifi is available and works well (though typing the password in is difficult as its 40 characters !). Breakfast was classic French - orange juice, tea or coffee, croissants, baguettes and was excellent. There is an area downstairs with chairs and tables to sit if you want to relax. (it was a bit cold when we were there, but I'm sure it's lovely in the summer)

Ideally placed for Paris, Charles DeGaulle Airport, Disneyland Paris and/or Parc Asterix, and there are quite a lot of things locally. In fact, my wife and I plan to return for a few days to explore. (The castle used in the BBC Show "Merlin" is quite nearby). Also a good stopover if you are going south because it's only 10 minutes or so from the A1 motorway.

Madame Roland is very helpful and friendly.  You can also pay by Paypal which is handy

On the downsides .... well, that's not easy. Montepilloy doesn't have anywhere to eat or drink (I think ?) but there are places within 15 minutes driving. So if you want to go out and all have beaucoup de vin, not ideal .... and the long wifi password .... it took about 3 goes before we got it right.

Quiet Pleasant Rural B&B - highly recommended

A couple almost absent, really poor breakfast, grocery and frozen bread, wifi that doesn't work in the room or in the house anyway. I made 2 guest rooms just before, and for cheaper, the service was of much better quality.

Lovely welcoming accommodation in a perfect pretty village setting. Comfy room and excellent hospitality. Try this place with confidence great for visiting Senlis or Beauvais and a lovely stop en route to Paris. Only downside is there is nowhere to eat in the village but lots within 10K.

Great accommodation in a picture perfect location

Extremely peaceful and comfortable.  Made to feel very welcome by Elisabeth and her family.  Very comfortable beds and spotless rooms.  Lots of attention to detail, including a minibar which you don't expect in a B&B.  Use of the terrace was included.  Great breakfast.  Exclusive use of the lounge.  The village itself is a hidden treasure with a ruined castle visited by Joan of Arc amongst others.  Set in a beautiful conservation area.

a peaceful haven

We are a couple in our 60s from USA.  Well traveled.  We prefer small hotels, B&Bs for their 'personality' over large chain hotels.
Very good room to stay.  Location is "good" and not far from CDG airport.  We planned 30+ minutes for 0730 am traffic to the airport and that worked out well.  It required a 0630 breakfast for us (coffee, croissants, bread, jam/butter, yogurt) which our hostess was willing to provide.  Value: Excellent.  We paid E70 including breakfast (October 2014).  Our room was a comfortable size and nicely decorated.  The bathroom was small-ish but modern and size was certainly not a distraction.  One need not spend a great deal of time there.  Cleanliness:  Excellent.  Bed: Very good.  Beds across Europe can be questionable for us.  Wifi: weak.  Reception was an issue.  Availability was a problem but that could be an internet issue.  Parking: Excellent and free (on the premises).  No restaurants in the immediate vicinity.  This required a drive into Senlis some 8km or so to the west.  Montepilloy is a cute, small village and this B&B is located on the western edge of it (a tad too far for us to walk).  Staff: helpful and friendly. 

In summary:  would stay again.
