Unbelievable stay at the Chateau, Enora is a great host and the location is just beautiful. The pool is a great addition, rooms very comfortable and the wine tasting was great. Our only issue (our own fault) was not realising there was no restaurant on site and we didn’t have a car - we were able to organise a local taxi to take us to Lorgues for dinner and we were able to have lunch on the snacks provided at the Chateau so no major issues! We will definitely return to the Chateau!

Absolutely gorgeous

Enora and her husband are the best hosts - everything went so smooth and we felt like home. Everything was explained well so we could enjoy our stay - picnic, tennis court, a swimming pool, walks along the vineyards, a beautiful sunset.. You can use kitchen and there is a great choice of wine! 

Luxury and great choice of activities

We spent the week before Easter and found it a true jewel. The pool, vineyard, forest and tennis - all at your hands. The reception is very warm and welcoming and the atmosphere is relaxing and family style. We truly enjoyed our stay and will surely come back. Thanks for a fantastic holiday!

Wounderful Easter Holiday

Chateau Les Crostes is a grand and beautiful chateau. A lily pond and a swimming pool in the chateau are exquisite.

They make white, rose, and red that are elegant and quintessential Provencal style. I would recommend it highly.

A Grand Chateau

Chateau les Crostes is one of a kind. We hired the whole house for two weeks and it housed our 14 member family. The walk-in fridge was maybe my favorite place there. I loved the pond and island and the amazing pool.

Best Holiday Ever

With a cool room filled with estate grown champagne, white and red wine you know you are off to a good start. Whilst the wine is reasonably priced (euro 12-15) staying at the villa is not. But there is a small army of staff that's required to keep a property like this in tip top shape. It's frustratingly difficult to find so written instructions is best over GPS. Arriving by helicopter from Nice costs about Euro 2200 each way but you need a car once there so it's pointless as a car is essential. Local town is beautiful and i didn't see any car hire company. There are a few Supermarkets to choose from, closest less than 10 min away. St Tropez is about an hour away but the drive is quite nice. Nice airport too is about an hour on the toll roads. It's a very large Chateau and the grounds well looked after. Pool is a highlight for the kids and adults with a cave under the spa. Spa wasn't heated but i'm sure it can be. Pool is also very deep. Rooms are large and furnished with seating area and ensuite.(Most are full sized bathrooms). All rooms have a small fridge filled with wine. At night the house and grounds are lit extremely well with ambient light. A cook can be arranged but since we  like to cook we elected instead to have the dishes done for us. That cost about Euro 15 per hour.

Excellent when booking whole house

An excellent choice for a large family with all bedrooms being superbly appointed. It can be hard to find (don't trust your gps if it makes you cross a small bridge though it will get you there) but well worth the effort. The staff keep the property pristine although by day 2 we needed to ask them to stay out of the house and respect our privacy. Internally the house is huge with lots of space including gym with sauna. To the rear is a great wood BBQ which was a real focus for our meals at dinner. The pool is deep and heated and had an interesting cave which the kids loved. Out family enjoys cooking but we chose to have the dishes done for a small fees. The local village was small but beautiful and offers everything you need for a perfect French provincial holiday. We all loved our stay at this very special chateau. 

A great place for a large family

We have enjoyed the Crostes white wine so decided to hunt down the vineyard - which led to buying a range of their other wines to try! Lovely sylvan setting just north of Vidauban. Friendly staff, and good special offers.
