It's a great place to retire, sit down or practice a young hydraulic with all the amenities necessary for this wonderful practice of life hygiene. A huge thank you to Pierre for his professionalism, his availability and the many vital advice he shares with us. It's been 12 years since I've been there for the first time and it's always a pleasure to come back to the mill.

Health-water fasting stay

We know how fasting was discovered as a couple during this training ddu 24 to 28/08/20. Everything was perfect: the setting, the rooms, the reception, the activities: therapeutic sauna, meditation, air bowl Jacket, Chi machine, daily massages by a reflexologist, massage initiation, walks, not to mention a very sharp explanation on diet, digestion, immunity, and nutrition advice.

Excellent Fasting Stage from 24 to 28/8/20

This is a magical and invigorating place. I discovered this place during a detox and wellness internship: the total take-up is to recharge and go home with health tips that you can't wait to practice on your way home. The massage workshop is very enriching for both the masseur and the masseur. Danced meditation is an intense emotional discovery. And what about Wojtek's elaborate dishes rich in flavors and spices. They have given us a treat.

I wasn't a client but I can tell you that this is a beautiful, quiet place, away from any noise that gives the desire to retire for a few days to recover health, completely rebuild this institute will help you get back from the right foot, accessible, old mill a swan of a certain age will keep you company by the river bank

It's an ideal place to organize a weekend of lovers, an internship or even a seminar. Peter, the owner of the place, is always at your disposal to answer your questions and your expectations. He himself, being a naturopath, organizes themed visits. It is advisable to go to the site to find all the right information. Personally, we discovered the place to practice a group and coached fasting there. Very quiet place in the middle of the countryside and remarkably well maintained.

A haven of peace an hour from Lille.

I've been to the mill twice before, and the institute offers holidays (weekends or weeks), either detox or fasting, or even gourmet holidays (as well as themed holidays). The setting is charming, the building is beautiful and full of history. There is a really special atmosphere. And the reception is the warmest. We feel at home!

A Refuge of Peace

Between the delicious and abundant meals (without gluten) prepared by Pierre (Dr in pharmacy) and Wojchiec we enjoyed a beautiful newly renovated, quiet family room with comfortable beds. The large garden invites relaxation. On the two small lakes surrounding the mill walk black and white swans. For those who want to, several activities are offered to reconcile health and modern life: massage, sauna, relaxation room or reading a book at the corner of the great chimney. Those who want to deepen their knowledge will be able to enroll in the different stages offered by the PRANAHVITAL MANA Silvic.🌸
