I had the opprtunity to stay again for this new year ,longer  at Ambre Hotel Mauritius and has been surprised by the upgraded  and improving  services 
Thank You for Excellent Service in general 
I'd like to compliment one of your employees,  Norroin Duth Puttur  Ravi and others, for the excellent service they  provided me  and my family during our stay at the resort  yesterfay.  
I have always been pleased with the service I receive as compared to other resorts.. However, the employees 's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations. 
I would also   add to this note that, since my last visit and inspite of the difficult situation prevailing, ,the hotel and its employees   who have changed and upgraded  with passion and innovativeness and especially , 
[a] the manager Reeyad  has his   commitment to customer satisfaction 
B] Putty,  the  dedicated hospitality employee- accomplish his business without any fuss 
C] Ravi, a successful individual in your sector   who is a great communicator both orally and in writing and to cut short 
d]  Soobash the bar gem  and  all the others employees to name some few  sanjay, kanen, zaina, rati, hivin, kavish, Rasika, Ahdhitee and the others and in short all those  on duty during our stay  who  continuously  maintained the positive attitude at all times so as the guests  to feel at ease and comfortable in your establishment . 
Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. You can be sure that I will continue to do business with your resort as and when the need be.. 
One piece of advice to sugar the cherry on the cake-I have noticed that the bar was too very busy for the load of visitors although the service was examplary. I would humbly advise if the coral bar could be decentralised- and have   2 sub stations-one for the beach and one for the pool   to complete and reach   the visitors very more easily

We enjoyed the hotel facilities with families.The disco was really fun.Food was okay.
Entertainment on Saturday was really enjoyable.
Suggestion: A heated pool would have been really great as it was winter here.

From Camargue to break up direct travel to Spain we stop for one night in this hotel booked on Booking. On arrival with check-in from 5.00 to 7.30 the hotel offers free parking. Surrounded by the friendly owner, who also rents apartments in Salento, he gives us the room key and the entrance code when, after 7.30 pm the reception is closed. Arriving in the room the incredible: ok that in France they do not use bidet, in fact there is, but this room did not even have a cupboard or a dressing room!!!!! 4 beds, a double room, and two singles one of which was placed above the double room raised by a lightweight double room that is equipped with a strong iron door in the bathroom!!!!!!!!!!!! It seems that we can't get back into the room after the bathroom door is closed and we can't get back into the room as soon as we get back into the room, and finally we can't get back into the room with a small room!

By the way, thank God.

Hotel... what do I say, tauds run by scammers. managers claim to be present for only 2 hours a day. the rest of the time, a phone number that doesn't answer. after 2 hours in the parking lot under the heat we leave... to discover that our room has been charged for no show. of organized theft. what remedies we have left: the booking platform understands our arguments but says we can't do anything! a scandal!

Hotel unworthy. Should be shut down urgently. We were the only guests anyway. There was no light in the bathroom. I took a shower in the light of my phone. It wasn't until the morning that the day man was able to pick us up, and in no way kind at all. He had to use a two-meter stick to turn on and even hinted that it was our fault if the light didn't work. We tried to find help in the evening, but absolutely nobody in the hospital for the night. Safety??? What would happen in case of an emergency?

Scandalous, horrible, infatuated, and so on.

Hotel that would need to be completely renovated. Room without curtain or air conditioning. Bathroom without shower without anything... A take in the room (not very convenient). Receptionist not very friendly and present only from 5 to 8 pm. The rest of the time nobody... We travel often but this is the first time I've seen a hotel like this at this price..

Horrible hotel.

It's a small, unpretentious hotel, or the rates are attractive, the staff is welcoming and smiling, the comfort is a little spartan, but for the rates offered, you shouldn't complain too much.

Very good quality warm welcome price good breakfast. super nice hotel geographically everything is nearby. we are really satisfied. there is even the possibility to take the little dej on the terrace, really nice especially for the price of the night. thanks.
