Very clean and tidy studio, very quiet area and very well situated, no problems parking.The owners are very correct and make you feel comfortable.I was surprised by the good detail of inviting all guests to an aperitif as a form of socialization.Recomendable.

Very nice and friendly welcome to the residence Le Chile. The apartment is spacious, functional, quiet and has everything to spend a pleasant stay. Beautiful park superbly furnished. Ideal starting point for many hikes in Gavarnie or elsewhere. Important point if you own an electric vehicle, a 22kw terminal is 200m away, next to the terms. Last point, if you like to look at the sky and the stars, the sky is beautiful without light pollution (turning off the public lighting from midnight to 6am).

The perfect stay

Nice, convenient and very clean apartment Ardiden station is a 15-minute drive nice walks to do all around Luz you will be able to fully enjoy the sauna bar and the small corner fireplace cocoon the owners are very arranged and very pleasant we had a great stay I highly recommend

Very good time spent in Luz St Saviour, this residence is top, there is nothing missing in the apartments, the managers are very kind, they welcomed us very very well.

Family Holidays

While visiting the area with friends, we were looking for a place to spend the night and we booked a room in Chile for a couple + two people. The friendly and smiling owner of the place welcomed us very warmly. The residence has many services (bar, sauna,...). WiFi access is free (which is not the case everywhere). The apartment was pleasant and comfortable with everything necessary available. To sum up: Excellent hospitality and impeccable and affordable services. Very good quality/price ratio.

Very good establishment

The apartment we stayed in smelled musty and had some kind of allergen problem, perhaps from mold or dust. Both my wife and I had terrible allergies which made it almost impossible to tolerate our stay. Your mileage may vary as not everyone is allergic to the same things, but this was a huge problem for us. We slept with all the windows open in a partially successful attempt to reduce the allergic effects.

I was also surprised that the expectation was for us to clean (like vacuum, mop floors, clean surfaces, etc) upon departure or pay an extra 50€. That may be typical for apartment style rentals in France, but for me this was annoying— I don’t go on vacation to mop floors. 

I was so incensed by this experience that I created a trip advisor account just to vent. The hosts were quite friendly so I feel bad leaving such a negative review, but the allergy thing critically needs to be addressed.

Apartment gave us terrible allergies within minutes of arrival

An apartment with all the necessary comforts within a residence with many amenities (sauna, gym, bar, trout fishing, mini golf...). A truly quiet and ideally located setting. For hikers, trailers, curists, plumbers  this residence is ideal with a very sweet price! It is also worth noting the kindness and professionalism of all. Special mention to Quentin!! we will definitely come back..... to prepare for the Grand Raid of the Pyrenees 2020 😉))!!

It's perfect.

Apparently spacious and well laid out. Common terrace and nice park. There is a gym and a sauna. Parking is relatively easy. There is no curtain in the room overlooking the street which requires closing the store to have some privacy. Too bad. Good overall service.

The reception is very nice, we were entitled to a discount on the second night as well as an apartment overlooking the park and the mountains. (Cf. photos) The hotel was extremely quiet during our stay.

It's a great school

We booked at the last minute (for the next day) but the lady called me the morning before we arrived to ask what studio we would like. When we arrived, we received a super welcome from a smiling young woman and a charming white shepherd dog. Absolutely impeccable studio, as in the photos, very clean, very well decorated, and with everything necessary and beautiful views of the garden. The only note, the bed (studio 134) makes a lot of noise.
