We could only describe our room and experience here as perfect in every way.

After planning different overnight stops on our way to the South of France we chose this gem based on reviews, pictures and the fact it had secure parking (important to a lot of us with loaded vehicles).

Once you spot the entrance, you drive though the secure gates (I couldn’t imagine being attacked here, everyone is too laid back)!
We were first met by Pepsi our host, Sophia’s dog, a lovely greeting.

Then Sophia introduced herself and showed us our room, a converted loft barn, and it was beautiful, a truly quality, stylish room with everything, large bedroom, little table and chairs, mini fridge, relaxing chair, role top bath in the corner, brilliant shower in the bathroom, separate toilet, then through a sliding door a separate twin single bedroom (if you had a couple of kids, we didn’t 😊)

The room isn’t just decorated nicely, it’s been thought out properly, not a squeaky floorboard to be heard, comfy bed, smart tv (positioned perfectly on the wall opposite the bed).

Outside are lovely gardens and a terrace/patio area to relax in. At night we came back after eating at Sophia’s family’s restaurant, which she kindly arranged (5 minute drive from the place). Then silence, we never heard a thing, slept brilliantly, no worries about the car or anything. 

I would sum this stay up as the best room we have ever had anywhere, and we go away a lot, road trips abroad and at home in the Uk and it was just a perfect stay for us and to not give it the review it deserves would be just wrong.
