A very friendly welcome, the owner of the place is very nice and very useful. A large and bright room. A continental breakfast with ham/cheese in addition. An impeccable service. A really good traditional kitchen (it is Madame who cooks).

Extremely nice but closing in September and the hostel will no longer exist as such

I spent one night as part of the stage party. The reception is friendly and smiling. The room is large and bright. The bed is of good quality. The dishes are cozy and well cooked. This hotel has a large indoor parking lot.

Good move.

On the way we stopped by chance and had a great time..the boss is very nice the excellent food (the fried ribbon rice of veal hummm) in short don't hesitate to stop there too 😉

Very nice surprise

I know this restaurant from the viewpoint, because I often pass in front. My father booked it for his birthday, the welcoming friendly, the boss too. What surprises me is the lack of customers for a Sunday afternoon, six people in all (including us). Restaurant however well located on the RD660 between Sens and Troyes. It may not be very convenient to park on the other side of the road (which is a high traffic axis) for passing customers. I would have liked the ambient music in the room. I appreciated the menu at 28€.

Nice place.

Very good reception and very tasty meals prepared by the patroness and her husband who is doing the service. All are made in an efficient manner in a very good setting. The Foie gras and chutneys on salad, grenache snails, a cassy sorbet, a sealed beef civet with wine and its vegetables, a pair of dishes of sour cheeses and Burgundy delight a Norwegian vanilla caramel butter omelette and a coffee to finish. For the wine a kir, a Gascogne coast (mouldy), a Coulanges la Vineuse rouge.

Family birthday dinner

Having contacted me by phone three weeks before the desired date for booking a room, and having sent me a check; at the request of the manager, to block the booking, whose reception the accused was to have confirmed to me by phone. Without news from the managers 8 days before the date of our arrival. I decided to call and to my great surprise, the check had been cashed and the manager had forgotten to call me back but confirmed me this booking, pretending to be delayed in her activity. Reassured we arrived on 9/9/2017 at 5:00 pm: we were received coldly by a gentleman, telling us that the establishment is arriving! We were stunned that we were getting paid! We were afraid to rest with a wife who gave us a calendar, but she did not call us back, but she told us that she was delayed in her business.

Managers without any professionalism

Very good quality, whether it be a guesthouse or a meal, a well-maintained and comfortable room, a varied kitchen, made with good product and well worked, and a great availability from the managers.

Professional evening stage all week

We were very warmly welcomed by the hostess. We had taken two rooms. The correct, clean rooms. Sdb and shower are very small. The shower leaked, so there's a big rush of water coming out. We hear our roommates and even a lady tried to come into my room at 5:30 in the morning.

I'm good.

A rather small and ordinary room. A tiny bathroom with a balcony made of brick and broom; a shower basin accessible only to thin people!! Fortunately we had a room that looked like a garden side so quietly if not on the side of the road traffic without interruption!!! As for breakfast, it is far too expensive for what is offered.

Disappointing

The Auberge le Rabelais is well-suited - as in our case - for an overnight stay. There is a parking space behind the house, so the luggage in the car is quite safe. Due to other reviews, we booked a quiet room in advance. The hotel is now on a busy road and therefore the rooms in front can not be particularly quiet. The room had everything we needed. Since it is already quite cool at night and at night, we have a radiator or heater in the room and bathroom, which was very comfortable in the morning bathroom. In Malay Petit Leaguit there is no perfect store o. A drive to the richest sense (less. 10 minutes) please stay at all times. The room had everything we needed. The only price we wanted to get was a good price in France, but for those who wanted to stay in the bathroom was a good price.
