This old fashion hotel has everything you need. Room clean and tidy even if not too big. I found the reception closed before 3 pm. The car park at the back is amazing. Manosque is a good place to visit lavender fields.

Good choice

The hotel is clean, well positioned in the old town of Manosque and therefore close to historical sites and restaurants of the city center.... But there is no parking close by and there is no elevator. The hotel is therefore very good for cyclotourists, who find an excellent base for touring the nearby Luberon and Verdon areas, The hotel is also fine for visitors, who don't mind to roll their luggage for 150 meters and don't mind to climb the step to their room. Prices are reasonable. Breakfast is ok and the owner is a friendly person.

Very good if...

Lovely and clean hotel, perfect location in centre of Manosque, really lovely couple running this hotel, very helpful.  Great nights sleep.what more do you want. Free parking next door. Nice pizza next door.

Perfect hotel

Just had two nights here, while cycling round the Luberon. First impression s, as others have said, are perhaps not great. The rooms, however, are individual and imaginative, with good colours, artwork and furnishings. The owners are friendly and helpful, and chatty if you have some French. There's storage for bikes, and an old walled town to wander around. Great stay!

Lovely little hotel!

We arrived at Mansoque during our trip through the Provence and were wrongfully deceived by the first look of the hotel. the lobby is dark, smells funny and the system of the host looked a little bit antique. As soon as we entered the room, all our prejudices vanished - big room (nr. 3), with A/C, big bathroom, cosy and clean bed - everything you need for a night or even more (though there's not much to see in the town). Hosts are super friendly(but speak only French), free parking around the corner, nice restaurants around the area. Didn't try the breakfast, but it looked like typical French breakfast.


Don't judge a book by its cover

Located right in the centre of Manosque, this family-run hotel really convinced us! Free parking right next to the hotel (once you understand the system it's easy ;) and the owners of this historic building were amazingly lovely and supportive and helped out wherever they could and always had time for a short chat. 
The rooms, all designed differently, are extremely clean and we felt really comfortable there. Although you're right in the centre, it was really quiet at night. 
Manosque is especially great if you're out to visit the lavendula fields on the Valensole-plateau, which is a mere 30min-drive from the city (or the l'Occitane factory that's right in Manosque). 
Enjoy, we'll come back, for sure.
