We rent a house on the Huttopia  Gorges du Tarn site for our family holiday. The house we were accommodated in is not even one meter away from the restaurant with it’s wooden wall. The view from the terrace and the kitchen window (see picture) goes under the restaurant fundament and on the restaurant wall. Additionally, the Main Street which is heavily frequented by loud motorcycles is about 20 meters from the house terrace. 

Sorry, Huttopia, but this is absolute low standard and money making  attitude on the cost of your customers. We would have changed the accommodation but according to the (very friendly) staff this is not possible. We have been to other Huttopia places which were fine and absolutely recommendable. This is why we have booked a house at this camping site. But it is absolutely disappointing.

Not acceptable

Just a big thank you to all the staff . They was first class from the start of our hols to the end . Our fifth time at this camp site and the first time my now grown up children have been since they were 9 and ten . Thank you all at Huttopia for keeping it as safe as possible and for your help if needed .
We shall return .



Great trip 

Campground Huttopia was an absolutely fantastic experience. The campsite by the river was breathtakingly beautiful and serene. The facilities were excellently maintained and clean — overall, we were extraordinarily impressed with the camping aspect of our stay.

However, what truly made our visit memorable was the attention and care that the staff clearly prided themselves on. Manu, an extremely friendly and multi-faceted employee, helped us out enormously by fixing our back window on our car after a bump against a tree. He was very kind and very quick to rush to help, and we are so thankful for that. 

Overall, our stay at Huttoppia exceeded all expectations, and we will be returning as soon as possible. Thanks again Manu!

Incredible stay along the Tarn

Had a great stay at this wonderful campsite.  First time back here for 12 years so was keen to see if it had changed .
Shower and toilet facilities are much better . A very clean campsite .
The only thing that had changed for the  worse it that the views from the riverside pitches are very limited to what they used to be . Which is a shame as when you sit at your pitch all you see is trees. It would be even better than what it already is if they managed the trees and kept them low .
Having said that i will be returning next year with a lot of my family .

Loved this site. Quiet and natural, on the bank of the river.  We stayed in a chalet that was idea for our family of five. Pool is small and peaceful, no shop to speak of so stock up before arrival. The restaurant pizza was like cardboard and cost 15 euros so give that a miss! We caved and canoed, had a ball, we'll be back and will stay here again.

We chose to stay here at a whim and we were not disappointed. We stayed in a chalet which was perfectly equipped and it’s location was excellent. We also love camping so we checked at the camping areas for future potential. We would definitely camp here as well. The staff are amazingly friendly. The campsite is immaculate. Lovely pool area and fabulous location on the river tarn. My husband and I plus the dog will most certainly visit again. I love it 🥰. I’m going to ask if I can stay an extra night 😀

Beautiful relaxing break

First offered a camping spot by the river (we had a tent and car). The riverside part of the campsite was quite packed (as to be expected in peak season) and a bit loud. We were able to change for a quiet spot higher up on the campsite. The upper part of the campsite offers many very nice and slightly secluded tentsites. 

Tuesdays are disco nights at Camping Beldoire, this gets loud but shuts down at a respectable hour. 

We were there for five days, and every single member of staff was always helpful and friendly. 

Facilities were OK, hot water in the showers.

Location is very good, close to good climbing spots.

The shop offers bread and pastries in the mornings, the pastries are excellent. 
The restaurant has late service and decent food, large portions.

Decent campsite, good location, friendly staff

Camping Beldoire is located on a completely unspoilt stretch of the Tarn valley, right alongside the river. It's a stunning location.

It offers a good range of amenities (decent sized pool, bar, snack restaurant, canoe hire, small shop) without appearing overly commercialised. The staff are exceptionally friendly, international and lovely. Toilet blocks are immaculate and constantly cleaned. The water is hot and abundant.

The site is popular with the younger crowd: climbers etc, so there's a good atmosphere. It doesn't spill over into rowdiness: the site is quiet and the climbers are here taking their hobby seriously. There are a lot of tents rather than touring caravans (access is a bit tight for larger units). There's good shade and the option of a lot of pitches right along the river, which you pay €3 more for. 

All in all it's a great campsite, that is lovingly run, and I enjoyed my stay here enormously.
