We spent only one evening, one night, one morning but we enjoyed the quietness of the place, the natural space, and our guests, their fair presence but also their welcome, the time for appetizers and quiet conversation, the fire in the big fireplace, the excellent quality of the dishes cooked and the all-house breakfast, the presence of nature and animals, the rooms... all. calm and unpalatable

Big disappointment: we booked two months in advance for our first weekend of vacation in early August. When we arrived there, we were not welcomed: the owners were chatting with other people and barely interrupted their conversation so we thought they were the owners and not other vacationers. He took us to our room, just pushed the door and that's all. No explanations on the breakfast table or even the breakfast, or how to behave with the animals outside... No, it's not bad. The cake: a booking error, they were only waiting for us for an email while we were booking an app without two nights.

Disappointment

A privileged place, a beautiful building, a very pleasant couple, a splendid view, all accompanied by the four-legged animals of the gite. Very good homemade jams, and an elaborate menu (vegan), even for us butchers!

We came as a family, we wanted to have a good time in a cottage a little out of town. Total expense, in a rather pleasant setting accompanied by some farm animals. As for the guests, it was a different atmosphere, as soon as we arrived, we felt as if we were too much... We had imagined that the principle of the cottage was to share a place, a way of life, an atmosphere, but obviously this is not the same way of thinking as the meals. Indeed, we met people who according to our feelings did not like the trainers so much.

I finally like animals.

The place is very nice, everything is there! Decoration, quiet place, animals, location... except for the hosts who were cold, unpleasant and frankly intolerant (but nice on the phone when booking...) We had rented 3 bedrooms and had 2 babies 18 months old.

Untolerated Children Damage

It's a terribly lovely place for passionate guests, where you'd spend weeks hugging all the animals and tasting Francine and Fred's cuisine.

Authentic and Loving

Magical and beautiful place!!! The hosts are charming, devoted, and they put in 4 to please us. The guest table is to be dropped as well as breakfast with homemade hot bread and jams etc... Everything is perfect we will be back with pleasure. We recommend if you want to escape to the pure state 👍

We had a magical moment in a warm setting, a very welcoming cottage with a wonderful view of nature and animals that roam freely. Our guests welcomed us to their table where we enjoyed ourselves, we were able to exchange pleasantly with a lovely couple and our guests.

It's a beautiful place in the Ardechos Mountains.

The reception, the beautiful renovation, the size of the rooms, the furnishings, the guest table, the surroundings, nothing to say, everything was perfect. We will return with great pleasure

It's perfect.

As soon as we arrived, we were in the atmosphere: the isolated farmhouse in the middle of nature, the supply of wood for the winter heat, the farmer who extends her laundry and the farmer who advises us to close the barrier well so that the biscuits do not fall off. Our hostess-farmer welcomes us into the large coffee room on the ground floor with her fireplace and her confectionery deck. She takes us to our room on the first floor. The bed is very pleasant, a sofa adds to the comfort, the takeovers are well placed at the bedside and I am sitting under the desk. The view from the window on the mountain is beautiful. However, the shelves are slightly flawed, the kitchen counter does not look at the mirror for lunch, and the kitchen table does not look like the dining room.
