We had a brilliant week at Natalia II at the end of the season - the chalet is very warm, comfortable and perfectly maintained.  The chalet is ski in / out and Emma and Zoe were the perfect chalet hosts.  Emma is a great chef (beef bourguignon, seafood risotto, amazing key lime cheesecake) and Zoe went to great lengths to ensure we had a great skiing experience, they both even started out with us on one day! Thanks again and we'll be sure to come back with Ski World.

Great Holiday

We had stayed here and had a great time. Chalet was always clean, the food, whilst not Michelin star, was very good and well presented with a good variation to the menu and our chalet hosts were lovely.
Our room wasn't huge but perfectly adequate with plenty of hot water and comfortable beds.
The location was spot on for both the piste and for Mottaret centre especially when you use the bubble lift to get back up to the chalet. (a lot of stairs if you miss the last one though) The bus stop was virtually outside the chalet so getting around the resort and into Meribel was a doddle.
Thanks to our Chalet hosts for there help encouragement and for looking after us so well.We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location Staff and Chalet

I visited this chalet with a large group (around 30 of us) 2 weeks ago. It is situated in a great location, about 100mtrs from a green run which goes to a main ski area in Meribel Mottaret, really easy to ski to. The walk down to the town centre is down quite a few sets of steps, walking up it wasn't easy but there is a bubble lift which you can catch, which ends up really close to the chalet.

The rooms were the usual basic cubby holes but it was all you really needed as spent hardly any time in the room. Really great WIFI throughout the chalet.

My main issue with this chalet was the staff. None of them appeared like they wanted to be there. I understand a lot of Chalet staff are on a really low salary, but what I don't understand is why they wouldn't want their guests to have a good stay. I see it as common courtesy to tip staff, but on this occasion I didn't... however one of the chalet hosts thought it would be professional to sleep with one of the guests... maybe she got tipped for that :). Our beds were only made a couple of times, they don't clean the bathrooms - I'm not messy but in every hotel/chalet I have stayed in they have hung up any wet towels/washed the sink etc.

Breakfast was at 08:00 each morning, however hardly any of the breakfast was actually available at that time, maybe about 15/20 minute wait - On Wednesday when the staff have a day off it was ridiculous the lack of food they put out for the guests. There was no milk/juice in the upstairs fridge, no cups / mugs / cutlery / jam etc put on the tables!! We had to go rummaging around the cupboards to find it all, it shows an extreme lack of organisation.

Dinners were the most organised the staff could be. You had the main option or a vegetarian option, you couldn't specify if you wanted chicken instead of lamb etc.. The food was average but could have been so much better if they put more effort in, considering they probably make the same 6 dinners every week...

My summery is that I would definitely visit this chalet again, however Skiworld need to switch up their staff!

Great chalet, poor staff

Just returned from a week in Nathalia 2 . Well situated, delightful chalet hosts, good food and plenty hot water! Rooms vary so ask for advice, room 8 very small. Ours room 3 was perfectly good. Ski room with boot warmers. Set on several floors so lots of exercise.

Lovely stay

We having a lovely time here 'staff very keen and helpful.
Food good
Location is very good for access in to 3 valleys
There is a key pad lock for main building and keys for all rooms
Loads of hot water and lovely deep baths
Would come back and I think more snow is coming but snow cannons work well
