This is an incredible B&B and I'm a bit reluctant to share it with other people. Because of the season we had this B&B (and its hosts) to ourselves, but I cannot imagine this going wrong in summer. The room we had was large and clean, with all the necessary accomodation. There's parking in front of the building and if we wanted to we could use the pool (which is not an option in December). The breakfast is great, with a suprise every morning: pancakes, wafles, an omelet... Way better that what you can expect in most French B&B's. And the lady of the house is a delight! We had such amusing talks that we ended up leaving the B&B way too late and she was always there where interesting tips for restaurants and visits... Definitely going back!!!

Emma and her family were kind and friendly while I was staying. Especially,thanks to her detailed instructionsI can travel to the wonderfol places of Luverong.
I miss many things there. 
friendly people, lovely garden, eabbit, cut dog eyes, church bells ringing every hour, fresh bread. . .
One thing I miss is that I can't go to the restaurant recommended by emma,I want to go if I have a chance somday.

Comfortable like my friend's house

Our two nights at La Bastide Dou Pastre may turn out to be the best part of our vacation this year. Emma and her husband is such a nice hosts, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is great, nice pool area, charming little village in center of Provence 

We love it

Merindol was the perfect little, quaint, Provencal town that we were looking for.  And Le Bastide dou Pastre was the perfect accommodation.  We visited with our children and had the Family room.  Spacious and it was lovely opening up the doors to the little outdoor sitting area.  The room in which breakfast is being served as well as the pool area were recently "done up".  We loved the style, and the breakfasts were delicious!  Emma baked a fresh cake in the morning one of the days that we were there, and every morning she would get fresh bread from the local bakery.  

The service was wonderful.  Emma & Aurelien were welcoming and our 2 boys loved spending time and playing with their daughter.  

Merindol was the perfect little town for a getaway to the Luberon region.  It is the perfect "base" to make outings and day trips to all the lovely villages and sights that are all in proximity to visit.  

We absolutely loved it and will be back!

Fantastic, Quiet Getaway

This B&B is located in a small village out of touristic routes, but very close to the heart of Provence and Luberon. The house is beautiful, with a fine green lawn and a swimming pool that are available to guests.
Breakfast is served in a fine veranda in front of the swimming pool. The kitchen and a refrigerator are also available to guests, so you will not be forced to go out for dinner.

In the quiet country...

I mailed several times in english and french to ask them if they have a room for me. I got no answer! They are very unprofessionell or may be the B&B is closed. However it‘s not serious to let the customer without any answer.
