Clean but small room with an adequate bathroom. We pushed two singles together for a king bed. wifi that works. The hotel is in a great location. Helpful staff, we didn't eat there but there is a restaurant. Great little village

Great find

Stayed at the hotel for 1 night, from 12-13 of April.
Actually we could not find anywhere to stay for many km -  either fully booked or too expensive (in our opinion); finally we settled here.
The owner or manager is a very friendly man, at some moments I could`t tell when he meant what he said and when he joked :)
We enjoyed our stay here except two things:
1) in the room there was a bit too cold - heating was off, but the weather outside not that warm yet;
2) you could smell smoke in the room although it was said on a leaflet that it`s a non-smoking room. However we did not complain to the owner, just opened the window (and made the room even more colder :D ) and the smell went away a bit.
Near to the hotel (some few hundred meters) there is a small pizzeria that was open even after 8 p.m. The pizza was very very very very delicious and well priced.
Right next to the hotel there is a car parking. Hotel has a free Wifi.
I believe you can get the most of the hotel in the summer, but we found it good also in an early spring,

Clean, welcoming, off road parking, lovely little garden, agreeable if small pool, free WiFi. This hotel has loads going for it.

I'm not sure that we could have stayed more than 2/3 days, however, as everything felt a bit cramped, despite booking a 3 person family room for the two of us. Even the corridors were narrow, and the garden was minuscule, although beautifully laid out.

The staff were very kind and helpful, so it felt good to be there. But there is no restaurant, and the ones within walking distance were a bit basic, or actually closed as this was before the main season.

The biggest thing against this hotel is not their fault. It is the giant Papermill. You cannot actually see it from the hotel, it must be a km away.

But boy, can you smell it when the wind comes from that direction.

Hotel with lots of good points

First the positive things: The stuff has been friendly and helpful and offered breakfast also after the official time. The rooms are absolutely not my standard, especially the bathroom was a plastic tube. What cheek! Next time I'll rent a camper.

Friendly staff but the rooms are not my standard

Booked 2 rooms for a family holiday and found the hotel to be very basic, dingey and dirty. It seemed to be completely self run; i.e. there was no staff around....ever apart from when we checked out. Upon arrival i thought it strange that the hotel seemed abandoned with nobody around and perhaps 1 other guest if that however now we have stayed there this makes complete sense as obviously other people were aware of this. 
We definitely would not stay here again, the rooms were tiny & cramped and the whole place seems like it hasn't been decorated since 1955, so clearly no money has been spent on this run down accommodation. Such a shame as the pictures look great but in reality you should never judge a book by its cover!
