On a cycling tour of France, we chances upon this excellent 2* hotel which offered great value and spacious accommodation. Even though there were only two of us, we choose a triple room which was perfect. Valerie very kindly did all our clothes washing (and drying) while Stephan made sure we relaxed with a beer outside in the buzzing square. Charming owners and a very central location. Excellent room and showers. Recommend, great value 

Spacious room, charming owners

Great location only 5 mins from the beach. Restaurants, shops and even a supermarket within touching distance. Car park was easily accessible and relatively secure. 

Hotel owners/staff very friendly and gracious. Despite a lack of English spoken, a real effort was made to make us welcome. 

A couple of drawbacks to mention. Our room faced the front with bars/entertainment outside, whilst we did not have issue sleeping through the noise, lighter sleepers might. As others have mentioned, the lack of AC means windows must be kept open, exacerbating the noise. 

The room was small and basic, but clean and fine for us. A ceiling fan and hairdryer could have improved it.

All in all, we would return for a short stay given the location/value. 


Friendly hotel in a great location.

Stayed one night. The room was wornout and dirty and curtains were so filthy I tried to avoid touching them. The toalet seat was broken and was difficult to use. We avoided using the shower.. The whole place was wornout and the price is too high for this quality.
The breakfast was good with plenty of choise.
Maybe this is more sutaible for low budget surfer dudes, but not for families who spend more time in the room.
Will not stay in this hotel again.

High price for very wornout room

We stayed for one night in a "Superior room" which was on the ground floor and looked out on the car park.  This was March 2019.  The room and en suite were awful.  Limescale toilet, Mildew in the shower and under the sink, on the walls in the bathroom and around the shower.  The shower was broken, shelf falling off the wall. Paint on the doors all chipped and dirty. Bed uncomfortable. Very unpleasant.  We paid 9 euros each for breakfast, which was basic.  The kettle in the room was broken. The owner was friendly, but would never stay again.  Total cost with breakfast 96 euros.  Thank goodness it was only one night

Not good at all

As 2 star hotels go this place is excellent. The hotel is clean, basic and functional. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom spotless. The staff are most welcoming and up there with some of the best staff we have come across in higher rated hotels.

A pleasant surprise for a 2 star!

A very good welcome, not a problem to store our bicycles, very pleasant staff. Room was very big clean and comfortable. Shower was hot and there was nice clean towels. The restaurant feet away was a delight
