This is the third time I've been here. The first time, two years ago, I was very excited, but then we got together very well. The place is in a beautiful old-fashioned building, the village is nice, it's parked at the end of the climb on the right, the food is good, abundant and the prices are acceptable.

This family team is very lucky to have maintained this quality of customer relationship throughout the long days... The house is very sealed, it is comfortable and welcoming. Indeed, the rooms on the second floor are accessible by a beautiful stone staircase, a little gym to compensate for the excess of Alsatian meals! With a small living room on the floor. A good dinner in a spacious room with a pro service: You have to taste the cake which is a homemade, tasty and fondant specialty and the little white pinot cousin very easy to drink and fruity.

Authentic, full of charm and professionalism

We stayed here on a short trip to Alsace. The rooms are very clean, very nicely renovated and modernly furnished. The bathrooms are all original and differently furnished. The breakfast (price-only) was generous and of excellent quality and taste. The prices are reasonable, the hotel can only be recommended. We had a table reserved for dinner in the restaurant and are still enthusiastic about the food. We are happy to come back.

Staying in a nice atmosphere

We got a very nicely decorated room in an old house with a lot of charm. The condition of the room and the comfort there was nothing to put on top. The German-speaking owners and staff are very attentive and friendly. The breakfast is, in my opinion, plentiful and individual. We got on demand cereal, bread, ham, salami, homemade jam, yogurt, fresh juice and very good coffee. What else do you want? The restaurant is more traditionally decorated, but the menu offers Alsatian cuisine at the top level. Make sure you try the lobster soup.

Family run hotel and good restaurant in historic building

A very large room with a real sealing literature correct, no more beautiful bathroom a small renovation would be desirable while preserving the spirit of the place the historic 17th century staircase does much for charm the guests and staff are attentive

Dinner with friends who had rented a room. The rooms are accessed by a stone staircase with cobblestone steps that are worn as in a medieval castle. Our friends' room has been renovated with respect to the materials (stone walls and apparent beams), bathroom with shower and bathtub with black cups, all in a zen spirit. The restaurant has also kept its authentic spirit with windows windows, marquetry on the walls. The service was discreet and efficient, the generous portions and the exquisite wines.

Living in stone with a lot of charm

We stopped by as a family (2 adults and 2 young children) for a stage between Belgium and Switzerland and had a great time! 👉🏻 The most: - charming hotel; - the restaurant (local squares, rich and gourmet); - the friendly and welcoming staff; - The situation in a beautiful village and close to the highway. 👉🏻 The least: - room and sdb quite rustic (which also makes the place charming).

Great step on the skiing trail!

You don't have to come with heavy suitcases, especially if you have a second room. The staircase will seem endless. Once in the room you have the cockroach. The nonexistent decor, old style, very small bathroom makes you regret the steps. The restaurant room, where we have breakfast turns out to be in the austere Alsatian style, until the 1950s or 1960s. In the GILG family, I ask the mother car is friendly and leaves the girl, barely nice enough. Private parking says, far from the hotel, unpleasant when it rains. The restaurant card looks good but maybe at a bit of a high price. I haven't tested it because of the room.

Don't take the second bedroom at a discount.

Had been here a couple of times before.
Hotel was full,( always great and very resonably priced) so we stayed around the corner and came to diner sunday evening.
Wierd to be the only ones in the restaurant???
Diner was fine but very traditional and with heavy sauces etc.
Price was quiet high. Creme brulee was curdled.
Seems like its becoming too much of a good old old old fashioned place.

Hotel full, restaurant empty

We passed through the town and found this coqueton hotel with its restaurant where to eat. An extensive menu although with somewhat high prices and a correct menu but with no other options to choose than a single first course, second and post. The right food and service.
