Good for one step, good welcome, breakfast quite suitable for the price. Small bemools: no shower curtain, only a bath towel, very poorly insulated room, very summarised comfort.

Horrible avoided Reading: a light mattress laid on a wooden board. Really bad sleep, I would advise against. Toilet linens: more than used morning coffee: horrible it is sock juice that is forced to drink tea and coffee a little later on the way out.

The hotel was cheap, we paid our room for 33€, and it's not worth more. No surprise, we expected it. It was located in the heart of a huge shopping area, with its small private parking lot, so it's very convenient to find a restaurant, on foot. We had a great choice within a 10-minute walk. The room is small, quiet (we don't hear a noise), clean, a window sliding part (though occult, which is rare in hotels) and rudimentary comfort. The fine mattress is placed on a wooden plank, we have a very fair pain. Toilets and shower are in the room, in the form of a resin cabin, more easy to maintain by the staff. The outside of this cabin is lavender. There is no small breakfast, there is no room, there is no big room, there is no room for 5,6€ to make the choice.

family stay, we have a room for 4 to 60E at night, the room is clean and quality laundry provided, note the sound insulation, a good, nutritious breakfast, a strong smelling of tobacco in the lobby the first day, but good ventilation has corrected the worry...

a cheap and well maintained hotel

First-rate hotel, clean, nice, closed parking at night, friendly and hospitable staff, very nice drop-off point and nice surprise to do and do for small budgets.

It's a nice and simple hotel.

A little tricky to find (head for the Buffalo Grill after McDo on the corner) but well worth it.  Simple, clean and very comfortable.  The room is quite small but the bed is lovely - comfortable. reasonably spacious and nice, crisp bed linen.  The shower is good but it's slightly odd that the washbasin was outside the shower/wc room, in the actual room itself.  Our ferry didn't arrive 'til 21:30 so the 'after hours' automated check-in was most welcome and very easy to use.  As for location, there must be a dozen eateries scattered about within 100 yards walk, our favourite being Tommy's, but there's Chinese, Japanese, Italian, classic French etc.  Dead handy and a very competitive price, I'd highly recommend it for a refreshing overnight stop before ploughing on into France.  Didn't need the wifi and passed on breakfast (in favour of a late checkout (11am) and brunch nearby), but the do a nice cup of tea.

Perfect overnighter

On a friday evening, my hubby and I decided to go to Normandy Beaches. 
I called the hotel to check the availability. The receptionnist was very nice and explained us how to do the late check in as we were arriving around 11 pm.
We got our key delivered by a machine. It was ok. 

Leaving time in the morning is 11.30. 
The room is simple but clean: big and small towels provided, 2 plastic glass, liquid soap for body & hair from a distributor. Toilets and shower inside the room wich is great. Smoking and non smoking rooms available.

I took the breakfast for 5.5€ each. For the price Here's what was displayed: Lipton teas, hot & cold milk, coffee,coco powder, butter, yogurts, basic iced (sugared) corn flakes, chocolate cereals, pain au chocolat, croissants, bread (can be toasted), honey, jam (plum, cherry, strawberry,apricot), chocolate spread. 

The ladies at the reception are very nice and available. I recommend the stay but for a short time because the room is not so big

Nice place for a quick stay

Hotel with all essential L at a low price. Clean room, with TV, closet, desk and bathroom. Not suitable for families. Useful for short stays, near restaurants, free parking, free of charge.

Perfect for a night out.

Nice simple hotel with self registration through automat! Simple clean room with bed, bathroom and TV. Free parking on the territory. 
Hotel is located near big road - ideal for travellers  who need hotel for1 night

Cheap and good - nice for 1 night

The hotel has a good location as it is on the outskirts of Brest, stuck to the main roads, there are many shopping centers 1 minute by car and the center is 10 minutes by car. The room is a little small and the bed consists of a wooden table per somier and a thick mattress of foam, although everything was clean and the room had no odors. The parking is private and closed with code. I don't like that the reception is only until 20:00 to make the check-in and that I have not cancelled the booking I made online to pay for my stay there. It is a hotel of passage (although I was 2 nights) with good prices compared to the average but no expectations of a pleasant rest, can't have everything. PROS: private parking, price situation, price. CONTRAS: closed parking, time reduced.
