We stayed here for just one night en-route to Montpeyroux, near Montpelier. Before we left England, Madame Marquet (Isabelle, the delightful proprietor) e-mailed me precise - and graphic - directions on how to find the property; some useful tips and no less than five attachments about the area and things to do!  Well I have to say these created a sense of anticipation which was fully realised by the time we left. She really does epitomise the qualities of a perfect host.
The house is modern, about three-quarters of a mile off the D11, and I quote from her e-mail: "...down a road which doesn't look like a road but it is...."
The room had a modern, four-poster bed which gave us a very good night's sleep, co-ordinated fixtures and fittings and a spacious en-suite, very similar to what you'd expect to find in a boutique hotel but at a fraction of the cost. There's no air-conditioning - Isabelle thinks some sites she advertises on (not this one!) suggests there is - but she has a tower cooling fan which we didn't need but looks like it would easily do the job.
As other reviewers have said, breakfast was awesome! The choice was huge; all the usual continental breakfast items but of a very high standard, variety and amount, as well as  a selection of hot and cold dishes accompanied by copious amounts of delicious coffee. When I congratulated her on the fried egg with lardons she'd made, she immediately offered to cook me another! ( to my shame I refused).
In terms of value for money it is outstanding.  Other reviewers have spoken very positively of a nearby restaurant and they're right because that's outstanding value for money too. Although claiming not to speak English Iasabelle has enough to get by on, in my view, so if you've no or very little French don't let that make you dismiss this little gem from your travel plans.
Finally - if you're game for a laugh and you do stay here - instead of offering your hand when you meet Isabelle, offer your elbow and see what happens...!

An Absolute Gem

Just outside montady, surrounded by vines run by a french couple who speak very little english.
Even so they were very genuine and warm hosts. They offered us a choice of rooms, both of which were fantastic, stylish and modern, with lovely double beds and rainfall showers. Rooms also have a tv with french channels and free good strength wifi.
When we arrived we were offered hot or cold drinks on the terrace and told about the good local restaurant.  The hosts also didn't mind giving us breakfast at 7.30 am on our day of departure to the airport. They offered us juice, coffee, fresh bread, jams, pastries, yoghurt, bacon and eggs. They even wanted us to take the pastries with us. 
This place is about 25 mins from beziers airport and is a nice easy run from there to it on main roads.  The cost of a night I thought was very reasonable for this part of france and would not hesitate to book there again if we visit again.
