Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that babies and children are counted as guests in the maximum occupancy. Please note that the swimming pool is shared with the other houses. Please note that guests will receive the keys to the property after having paid the security deposit. For guests wanting to rent baby cots, high chairs or coffee machines, you are kindly asked to request this at the time of reservation using the Special requests box.
