The Gite is well looked after with a cute little Kitchenette and a toilet separate from the bathroom. One large bed and three bunk beds, ideal for a family with kids. Situated in a very quiet area of town with a bakery, Mini market and a take away place delivering pizzas and burgers until 22:00. The studio apartment is located ten minutes away from Euro Disney (the purpose of our trip to France). The host was always a phone call away, leading up to our arrival. Although we were more than an hour late, there was a nice gentleman was waiting for us to give us the tour and hand over the keys. His advice was invaluable and money saving. He told us how to avoid paying for parking at the Euro Disney park, saving us 40 Euros a day. Thanks a lot. We were made to feel welcome and valued. It made our magic two days at Euro Disney that little bit more special. I recommend this accommodation without hesitation and promised Sandrine to come back next time we're in Euro Disney.

Brilliant family place, fantastic host and affordable price.

5 minutes walk to the bus stop which takes you to Disneyland in 10 minutes. 

Host was lovely and even came to pick us up when we got lost. 

Ideal for Disney and a quiet little village. 

Place near Disney. 

We needed a place to pass the night with our kids after a long day in Disneyland Paris. Gites Poirier Bazin ''guest house'' apartment rate @ 125 Euros/night was within budget. Sleepy rural village, ideal for a quiet rest after a hectic day.

A prospective guest is entitled to:
* a free WiFi - functional speed
** Parking is free all day long but on the street. Watch out for the solid YELLOW line. Park before not on it.
***1 small living room with an attached sofa bed, an adjacent sleeping room with a bunk bed for 3 kids and an adult bed for 2. If you are more than 5 the sofa bed in the living room comes in handy.
****A functional wadrobe and window blinds fitted barely with see-through curtains on one side.

***** Kitchen is en suite with restroom( not sure if this is the case for all the apartments within the lodge). A functional electric stove, fridge, microwave and coffee maker are available for guest use. Of course plates and cutlery, too. Guest are required to provide their towels, bathing soaps, tissues...toiletries generally. Be advised. 

*******There is no domestic staff on-hand. You will have to put a call through for nedded extras...bed linens, pillows etc, of course at a charge.

******* Access to TV with local TV channels in the living room only. All rooms except the restroom are fitted with heating systems. 

For us it was about sleeping and being on our way the following morning. Kids love the bunk bed - different from what they are used to...bed comes with rail guard protecting kids from falling over. In truth the room is theme based on Mickey Mouse's characters and the kids loved it. 

Unfortunately, we did not have time to go about the community as to provide prospective guests with close-by amenities. However, roads in-and-out are motorable with nearly no traffic until one hits the highway. 

For us adults it was more about the quiet night sleep in sleepy Montry. Guests are liable to full charges once booking confirmed by booking agent( booking.com). Be sure you intend to stay before you make that booking. Security is relaxed. My guess would be 

Check-out is for 11am and call the agent 30-60 minutes before arriving.

The rooms were not ready  on time
when we asked to leave the hotel one day earlier that didnt agree to any compensation 
and they were urging us to leave at 10 .
I am not recommending this hotel at all
