We have just got back from a 4 day trip, the room is basic, just what we expect from a chalet really although the shower and toilet could do with being bigger!

The staff here are lovely, the two female members of staff we mostly spoke to were great help, nothing was too much trouble. 

One of our guests had dietry requirements and they catered for him with no problem. Unfortunately another had an injury but they did everything they can to help us under the circumstances. E.g letting the injured guest stay in the room until we were due our transfers as it was easier and safer for her to do so and giving us a extra pillow so she could levitate her leg for comfort

Great staff! Couldnt be more helpful

Following the success of our New Year ski trip in 2019 to Tignes 🇫🇷 we thought we’d try Morzine through Alpine Elements.

Chalet Flo - good sized chalet, modern & bright, situated 15 mins walk away from the centre of Morzine.  

Bus stop just across the road - Perfect when traveling up with ski’s in the morning & heading back after a tough day on the slopes (inc Apres ski)!

Chalet Flo though is just starting to show signs of wear & tear!!

Bedrooms - functional!  Just make sure you take a spare pillow & check the rules at the start of your stay about clean towels @€5 per nee towel mid week!!

Food - overall fabulous (Well done Ryan 😆) - afternoon cakes 👍🏼 & a good evening adult menu throughout our stay.

Suggestion - 

1) perhaps have a kid friendly option(s) and advertise the evening menu regularly at breakfast.

2) add a home made soup to go with the fabulous cakes.

Improvements required:

1) Order enough fresh bread in the morning for all guests, not just the early risers.

2) Chalet hosts - always make sure a pot of fresh coffee is always on the go!

Alpine Elements buy a second filter coffee machine when the chalet is full of guests!!!!

The small things really do count - Thank @Henry, you are a ⭐️!! 

Guest areas - 

A) fabulous games room downstairs with TV, Table Tennis Table, Table Football & a Jacuzzi!  

Steam room, shower area and toilet could do with some improvements.

Onsite boot room 👍🏼👍🏼

B) Lounge room - Good area, under used as there are not enough seats when Chalet is near full capacity.

So much potential!! Unfortunately this time it missed the Mark!

We stayed at Chalet Flo with Alpine Elements as a group of 8; 4 adults & 4 teenagers. 
We were very well looked after from the beginning when Hugh met us on the drive, showed us around & helped us with our bags. After a long drive we were met with the most amazing Victoria sponge cake, which was very welcome. 
Our four teenagers shared the Mezzanine room (11) which was perfect for them. It did get very hot at the top, but Jess arranged a fan for them which really helped. 
We had room 10, which I think must have the best view / balcony in the Chalet! 
The food was great. We had a vegetarian & three people with allergies, which must have been a nightmare for the chef, but Ryan was brilliant & the food was great everyday. My favourite was the duck! 
Included bike hire was really useful, as although we had our cars, it was so much easier to cycle 5 minutes into town or to the lifts. We did have an issue with one of our bikes, but it was replaced the next day. 
White water rafting was a great experience & the kayaking at the lakes was good too. 
Overall, we have had a great holiday. The Chalet was clean and homely, the staff are very hard woking & very friendly and we all enjoyed Hugh's quiz night.

Wonderful holiday with family & friends

We were a party of 17 (11kids & 6 adults) and had an amazing time. Chalet staff could not have been more helpful and the included activities were fantastic and the inclusive mountain bikes were great for exploring the area.

Chalet Flo, Morzine

Our trip was with Alpine Elements - Summer visit. 
The accommodation is just a short walk/ bike into the town with a local supermarket just up the road.  The staff on our visit were absolutely fantastic. Lovely chalet with jacuzzi and steam room and the food was a very high standard!
I would definitely recommend a stay for other holiday makers and if I visited again I would 100% stay at Chalet Flo.

Great Experience

This was our second holiday in Chalet Flo with Alpine Elements-we loved it so much last year that we booked again this year. Once again, a brilliant holiday. Huge thanks to Jess, Hugh, Jimmy, Ryan and everyone in the Alpine Elements team who were super organised, highly professional and really welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean, the food was fantastic every single day-the cakes were fabulous. The other guests were all lovely and we all got to know each other from the first day-something I really like about the smaller chalet holidays. Morzine itself is just wonderful with a huge range of activities. One of our best family holidays ever. Serious post holiday blues now :-(

Brilliant-well done again Alpine Elements!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Chalet Flo.  The location was just spot on, with bikes included.  We could cycle into the main square along our road within 10 mins or even better, head to the main square via the wood/river with our young family - with horses, outdoor gym equipment, playpark, and a fabulous skate park/bike park all part of it.  The  staff at Chalet Flo provided an excellent service, in particular we really enjoyed the excellent food provided, not least the amazing afternoon cakes - we felt very well looked after by all staff.  Plenty wine was also provided and many an enjoyable evening spent drinking with the rest of the the chalet guests - we met some of the loveliest people, complete strangers at the start, excellent company by the end!  The hot tub was  just what we needed after challenging ourselves with some mountains!  We were novices to mountain biking and well I was out of my comfort zone, but I made it back intact and did it again!  Overall,  a fabulous week with amazing memories despite my bruises.

Wonderful Chalet Experience

After reading other reviews I was a little apprehensive,however there was nothing to worry about!super friendly staff very accommodating!comfortable beds and food was good and plentiful!would definitely return!thankyou 😁

Pleasant surprise!

May be the blue sky weather helped but I found the Chalet & it's team to be better than expected.
Yes there are some detailed improvements that could be made to get from 4stars to 5. But overall the team rose to the occasion and made the trip a good one. Keep up the standard set!

Nothing to complain about!

Just got back from a very good skiing trip while staying at Chalet Flo (Morzine).  I stayed with a small group of friends and really did have a lovely time.  We found the staff very friendly, hard working, and really wanted to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.  The staff really went out of their way to ensure we always had good food and very comfortable accommodation.

The rooms are reasonably sized, warm, and clean.  The beds are very comfortable, and the shower works perfect with lots of hot water any time day or night.  We found the food of a good standard both at breakfast and during the evening meals.  There were a couple of concerns about the evening meal being at, 18:30 each day but personally I quite enjoyed having food earlier which enabled us to have a longer evening outside of the premises.

The location of the Chalet is within a reasonable walk in the center of town - around about 20 minutes, but the bus during the daytime stops just outside and is very frequent.

Morzine is a good base for skiing since the ski area is huge, the only consideration is that its lower altitude may mean during warmer conditions the snow is very soft.

I would recommend Chalet Flo for groups of people of a bit of a budget, but who want a friendly warm atmosphere with all of the key aspects of accommodation met (warm, clean, good bed, shower and good food).
