Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that payment by bank transfer or cheque is accepted. Please note that the property has no reception, you must contact the owner before arrival to organise the key collection. Please note that a EUR 120 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. If you want to rent towels and bed linen, please contact the property in advance. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. On-site bicycles cleaning is possible at an extra cost of EUR 10 per bike and per stay, paid on arrival. Sleeping bags are not allowed at the property. Bed linen can be rented on site at an extra cost, or guests can bring their own.
