I’ve stayed in many hotels in Nice, but never seen such a peaceful place ! And it’s in the city center, that’s really rare.
I appreciated breakfasts in the sunny garden, also you can have tea/coffee when you want! 
I ll be back for sure :)
P.S. they make the best prices for direct reservations and their website !

Wonderful place ! Recommend 100%

The accommodation was terrible waste of money , we didn't spend a any day there because they cleaned us with a dangerous health damaging cleaning product which wasn't good for our health. We reported it to the staff but thely did nothing to resolve the matter. The staff are awful and arrogant, old equipment, overpriced accommodation which is not a hotel. They don't reply to letters and only care about money but if there is a problem they won't help.

   Money not refunded , be very careful all tourists as they are just scammed.

Horrible service and impolite staff. Our room was cleaned with extremely smelly chemicals which is dangerous and harmful to health. We asked for an other room but they said no and ask for the police or anybody else because we can not prove this. Not recommended at all. Needed to book another hotel. Refund process is still in progress via booking.com.

Horrible service and dangerous chemicals

Nice Garden Hotel is very close to the beach and the rooms are nicely decorated and clean.  Checkin was very easy.  Key codes are provided at checkin for access to property after business hour.  

Property is manage by very young and inexperienced staff with a bit of attitude.  We don’t speak French and asked front desk to make some restaurant reservations and the request seem like a bother to them.  Room was clean daily with minimal amenities, soup and shampoo only.  

Do not get the breakfast.  11 euro get you a tea or coffee, juice and some bread.  You can get amazing croissants a block away for 1.2 euro.  No ham or cheese offered.  

Edmond cafe next door offers superb breakfast in a beautiful setting and amazing service.  We ate there two times and it was great.  So many great breakfast choices nearly there is no need for this hotel offering.  

The location is great close to tram from airport, train station, old town, beach, village market and many amazing restaurants a short walk away.

Lastly,  the shower door is hard to close.  😏

The best part of this hotel is the courtyard.  It’s beautiful and very private.

Good hotel in great location.  Do not get the hotel breakfast.

My husband, son and I stayed in a superior triple room for one week in May on a college graduation trip. By European standards the room was extremely spacious with plenty of space for three adults and their luggage (one carryon bag each and a backpack which is truly all you need!)  The bathroom was also roomy and appeared newly renovated.  The beds did not look as if they would be as comfortable as they turned out to be.  We all slept very well.  You can’t beat the location of the hotel and for the price, I think it is the best value in town. We would definitely stay there again.  The lovely garden with various visiting cats was an added bonus.

Great Location and Value

This was a lovely hotel in a quiet location close to shopping areas and eateries. 
We had an airy room with large window onto secluded garden and a comfortable bed. 
Really helpful staff especially Tatiana who let us leave our small overnight bags early before check-in and also after check-out. 
Tiny but functional shower room.
 Corridor is next to breakfast area and early noise (especially children) on Sunday morning prevented a lie-in but you learn to live with these things.

Perfect Hotel for Central Nice

My family and I stayed at the Nice Garden hotel a few weeks ago and had a wonderful time.  The hotel is in a great location,  very accessible for shops, restaurants, the beach, tram and train stops. There is a beautiful garden with seating areas, perfect for eating breakfast or relaxing after a busy day.  The hotel staff are lovely, very friendly and accommodating, the rooms were spotlessy clean, room 3 had an exceptionally comfortable bed.  Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

Lovely hotel

We were made very welcome, had comfortable rooms and enjoyed the excellent location too. Outstanding value and warmly recommended. As well as having a private garden, there is a delightful square opposite the front entrance and all the treasures of Nice are within easy reach. 

Nice in Nice

What an excellent hotel this is for the price we paid in expensive Nice. The small unassuming entrance doorway to the hotel hides what a lovely little boutique hotel this is. Rooms full of character, tastefully decorated but with modern bathrooms. Location is excellent - a few minutes walk from the beach and old town along with a lovely little hotel garden. What makes this hotel excellent however is the helpfulness of the family owners. We had cycled from the UK so had complicated logistics in needing to send ahead bike transport boxes and store bikes - all dealt with brilliantly. 
I cannot recommend this hotel more if you want a friendliness, comfort and value for money.

Superb

A small family run  boutique hotel situated in the heart of Nice in the Carré d’Or area, only a 5 minute walk to the Promenade des Anglais. This charming hotel has a beautiful little garden, almost like a little oasis in the middle of the city. Breakfasting here in the summer months is just a delight! The rooms are tastefully decorated in Provençal style with newly fitted bathrooms. Marion and the staff are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. Wonderful place to stay and I would highly recommend it for couples. Great location in the city with many shops, restaurants and bars close by.
