This hotel was the perfect place to stay - really clean and great location, only a 30 second walk from the tram! Sophie was so helpful and accommodating - she gave us a map and recommended us places to go and kept our luggage safe for a few hours before we checked in.
The vibe of the hotel is really lovely, would highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Nice, particularly for friends! Really reasonable for what you get, also only a 20 minute train ride away from Monaco! It is central but not too central, a few lovely cafes and restaurants nearby too.

Wonderful place, a small oasis in the bustling and crowded Nice! Walking distance to downtown or take the tram right outside. Rooms are clean, AC is cool and the breakfast in the pretty garden outside is the best! If you’re lucky you get to meet Polly, the cat.

Wonderful stay in this beautiful oasis in Nice!

Stayed here from Friday-Monday as my daughter and I were travelling to Monaco for the race weekend.
As we arrived early on Friday Sophie said we could leave our bags at the hotel which was  safe, she gave us a map and told us to see some of the sites of Nice when which she outlined for us on the map. 
I'm glad we took her advice as we spent couple of hours walking around the town, followed by a tour bus around the town.
 Nice is a wonderful town, very friendly people, great transport system, very simple to use. 
Over the weekend we went to several restaurants in the town and everyone one was very nice and the food was at very good price(I will review those as well).
I will definitely be coming back here again with the whole family next time as I know they would all love it here. 
Lots of things for everyone, shops, restaurants, bars and did I mention the sea front as well with beach for chillaxing or going swimming in the sea.

F1 weekend. 

The hotel is a beautiful building, with a beautiful garden in the front yard, the rooms are just out of the movies, so many details, and the style completes one's vacation in France. Our room was spotless and clean. We arrived late in the night/early morning and Sophie, the owner went out of her way to make sure we would find the venue and our room without any trouble. The hotel is in a perfect location, within walking distance to all tourist destinations of Nice, and also the tram which makes it super easy to access from the airport via public transportation. Lots of great bakeries, markers, and cafes nearby. You will get to also see the daily market which is close by on your way to the old town. Our stay here was complete with her kindness every day and her wonderful recommendation of adding Saint Jean Cap Ferrat to our itinerary of Eze. We also had the privilege of having a lovely conversation with Sophie, learning so much about the kind and amazing people of Nice and France. Our vacation is complete with having had the luck of finding this beautiful hotel with an owner who has a heart as big as hers. We also highly suggest the lovely breakfast in the garden. We cannot wait to come back and also share Hotel Villa St-Hubert with the rest of our friends and family who consider visiting Nice, France. Thank you so much Sophie for making our Nice/French trip unforgettable!!

The most amazing experience in Nice!

Villa St Hubert is a very nice and affordable Hotel. This is where I stay every time when I come to Nice. The hotel is just beside a tram line that takes you to the old town and the beach in 5 minutes. The main railway station is also 10 minutes walk from the hotel. And the hotel owner is very friendly.

Nice owner and perfect location!

After 36 hours travel, we arrived at this small and very welcoming hotel.  It had all the amenities we needed, clean bed, hot shower, friendly atmosphere. very helpful owner and a cat to pat.  Well priced with breakfast included.
Close to tramway for city centre and beach.
We only had one 1 night but would have not hesitate in recommending this hotel and would definitely stay here again if visiting Nice.

Excellent Little Hotel

I have now visited the Hotel 3 times and it is so nice when one enters to be remembered fondly by the owners, especially after two years. Sophie is charming and a most welcoming hostess. Our only small issue was the fact that every breakfast is the same which does get a bit monotonous after a few days. Hope to return here

Love this place!

Very comfortable small hotel conveniently located on the tram line which goes around Nice, 10 minutes' walk from the main railway station. Welcoming, friendly, extremely clean and good value for money. Only annoying thing, no kettle in the room and no vending machine anywhere....so in case you want a drink in the room, especially in the evening, remember to buy it from a shop (they close at 9pm) or bar before going back. Also, continental breakfast is not included in the price. Still, all in all, a rather pleasant stay.

Nice stay in Nice

This is a good hotel for explorers of the city. If you just want to sleep there but dont really care about anything else, this is a good hotel. Its really small and its sometimes loud but the beds are pretty comfortable.
