We stayed for 2 nights in Mid December for the Christmas market.  The B&B is in a great location, 10 minutes walk from the centre and next to a lovely park.  Lots of free parking is available on the street outside.  The room was an ok size, but had quite a lot of furniture in it and the bathroom was well fitted and clean.  The Nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch.  The stairs are very steep so if mobility is an issue this might not be the place for you.  The hosts speak very little english but give comprehensive instructions and directions in French which can be understood with a small amount of french knowledge and a lot of gestures.  Breakfast didn't start until 9am which we found a bit late as we would have like to get out earlier and was mostly sweet stuff.  There didn't appear to be any way to refuse the waffle on day 1 or the pain au chocolate on day 2, they were handed out on small plates but then we were stuck trying to eat cheese on a plate covered in syrup as there were no other plates on offer.  There is every possible kind of spread available but I am not keen on the big shared jars that a dozen or so others have dug into, I'd prefer a smaller selection of individual pots, but I accept that's personal taste. 
The rooms are not cleaned, nor are the towels changed during the stay (they do advise this) but I don't know at what point this would be done if you stayed longer.

Overall a nice break at about the same price as a faceless chain hotel but I don't think I would stay again.

Quirky B&B

We stayed for two night at this B&B in the month of december 2014. Location is great, at a 10 minute walking distance from the city centre and next to a nice park. We parked our car for free in the street on the other side of the park. We were welcomed by Raphaelle and she was very nice. We received a key of the front door, so we could come and go as we pleased. Our room ( red room ) was large and clean, although we didn't really like the style of this room ( red from top to bottom and a large round bed in the middle ). The bathroom was great and very clean ! 
We chose this B&B for the good ratings that are given for the breakfast, but we were a bit disappointed. A large waffle, a pancake and lots of sweet things to put on your bread. Besides the fresh oranje juice, it was hard to have a healthy and fresh breakfast to start your day.

Nice and clean

We stayed 2 nights. The location is great. The interior and decoration of the rooms is nice and clean.The hostess and her mun are accomodating. However our stay was not flawless. The waffles looked boce and crisp but turned out to be raw from the inside. There was mould on 1 of the cheeses: and nope it was'nt Roquefort. Breads came straight from the fridg, and the apricot cake was not frsh at all.fresh orange juice was great. A smaller but better or fresh selection of breakfast items seems to be a better optuon. The room was not cleaned, or  towels changed during our stay.

This B&B is fabulous! It's quirky and fun and the hosts were amazing. The room was clean and we were spoiled with 'extras' in the room like Nespresso coffee, still and sparking water and teas. The bathroom was large, modern and immaculate with an amazing shower and 'his and her' sinks. There was also a fab hair dryer. Our room had automatic blinds, a great TV and sound system and air con. The highlight of our stay was the fabulous breakfast with freshly squeezed Orange juice (you see the lovely host making it), fresh homemade waffles, an array of cheeses and eggs, yoghurts and cakes - we were overwhelmed with options. The breakfast really was top notch. You get given a key so you can ley yourself in and out very independently and we were able to keep our key beyond check out time so we could pop back and collect our left luggage. All in all, this is a really great B&B with friendly and helpful hosts.

This B&B is fabulous!

We had the Gold Room for two nights and it was excellent. A very good continental breakfast is provided, plus the owner cooks fresh waffles. 
The only downside for us is that my wife has Achilles Tendinitis and the stairs are very steep. 
It is a short distance to town, but there's an excellent restaurant just around the corner,  with live music some nights (e.g. Friday). 
Secure parking is available if required.
