Very well placed beachfront cottage, very well maintained apartment,the paintings are clean and with acceptable colours and go everywhere,good bedding, clean dishes, functional and clean furniture, good quality furniture,the rooms are well arranged

It's the fourth year we've been here, and we're always happy to find it again. It's very spacious, comfortable, and unparalleledly clean.

A Place of Peace

Gîte  by the water  in Asnelles a flawless modern accommodation accessible to the PMR, with all the comforts: large glass bays and stunning sea views, a private garden and direct access to a pedestrian walk along the artificial harbour of Arromanches and the sandy beach.

We stayed in this cottage during our business trip The cottage is very clean and very well situated  feet in the water  The owner Isabelle is nice but not very eloquent I highly recommend this cottage and lets you enjoy the footage attached (from the bedroom)

Excellent short stay in Asnelles

This place is magic. If you wish to escape from everyday life and reach for a calm place with amazing see view you should be there. Room is fantastic and cosy, we felt like home . It is a nice place to be if you want to visit Normandy .

A little Paradise

We stayed two nights in the horizon room. There are steep stairs but...what a view!! A small living room, a room with a very comfortable bed, a very convenient bathroom and a very convenient kitchen! In short we have a very pleasant time in this apartment!! Thank you!!

A Surprising View

Apartment on the 2nd floor, ideal for 2 people, well arranged (1 living room, 1 bedroom, a kitchen, a separate bathroom), well equipped (except dishwasher but not necessary for 2), views of the sea and the countryside, by the water (walking by the sea), very quiet (noise of the drain only).

We rented the rdc of this house feet in the water. The sea view from the living room, it's super cool to see the sunset from the sofa.

We raced against time to arrive at the  before reception closed for the evening.  Made it!  Oops, not quite.  Handing us our key, she said, "You have about another five minute drive to get to your apartment."  We were exhausted when we finally arrived in the pitch dark, dragging out bags up the stairs into what appeared to be a luxurious apartment.  Too tired to explore, we went to bed.  And then the sun came up.  And the view out of the picture window onto the shores of Normandy also came up.  To our left was Gold Beach.  And straight ahead were the remains of the artificial jetty named after Churchill where the Allies offload millions of tons of material and soldiers.  Right there.  In front of us.  There was a part of us that couldn't square the luxury of this apartment with the suffering that had taken place there and just a few miles up the coast.  If you want to have a direct connection to history, do give this a try.  While not the easiest to get to, if you are driving and want a once-in-a-lifetime experience, this is highly recommended.  It comes with a kitchen that would make a gourmet envious.
