Very poor, booked on the basis of 8 out of 10 rating but honestly not sure who posted these reviews.
Booked a second night for the following week ( non refundable) and couldn't bring myself to return so booked a different hotel meaning more than double the cost.
No water in the shower, no food available and damp bedding.
Service was poor and I was made to feel unwelcome.
Stayed at the Ibis budget and felt like a rock star compared to this place.
Avoid like the plague.

Being close to the ferry to Dover this hotel was a good place to stay. Great beds (I slept like a log being a bad bad sleeper!!), good food and a warm welcome gave us a good feeling. 
The only point of attention is the the noisyness: early in the morning we awoke because people in the hallway were talking pretty loud. And just a thin door between them and us...
So a good overnight address for a good price.

Perfect for one night sleep, recommended.

Not much to look at from the outside but once through the door there was a very warm welcome from the staff. The place is very contemporary and more like a motel than a hotel. All rooms are on the ground floor. The room was spacious and comfortable with a well appointed shower room with walk in shower. There is a restaurant but like many in Dunkirk does not open on a Monday. Close to the ferry terminal which was ideal for us. Offers room only or B&B. We took the room only option. Great value for money. Would highly recommend

A little gem of a place

We booked this hotel because it's so close to the Dunkerque - Dover Ferry. From the outside it doesn't look very attractive (our opinion) but the hotel from the inside is modern, clean and colorful, with a small seating area inside and outside, comfortable beds en superb bathrooms. Like for some other reviewers, on our way back from England, arriving in the middle of the night, they arranged for us to have a doorcode to get in and a roomkey on the table inside. Very friendly staff. Space enough to park along the road. The only thing we didn't like that much is that there were only thin  curtains so the room wasn't very dark, which is a shame if you want to sleep in a little bit after a midnight arrival. We will certainly book again next time we travel to England.

A very pleasant surprise

We booked this at the very last minute as we needed somewhere to stay near dunkirque for a night for 5 of us. At first we were a bit unsure as the hotel is on the side of a normal road, however it was very good! The hotel is very clean and will maintained and the bathrooms in the rooms are absolutely brilliant! The man on the desk and at breakfast was very polite and managed to understand my terrible French! Overall a very good hotel and worth the stay if you're considering it !

Very nice hotel!

Stopped for our first night from ferry port. We checked in late so we contacted the hotel and arranged check in with key and codes which was very smooth with no issues. Nice hotel , comfortable bed, good sized bathroom and impressed with shower! Overall a lovely stay and a clean spacious and comfortable room, cant fault it specially with the price paid

Brilliant stay

15 mins from ferry port, Basic hotel rooms clean, lino floors, food available but limited menu. Parking on road outside hotel but no problems. Owner very cheerful and helpful. We found this place about two years ago and it improves every visit. Well worth a visit good  value for the money
half the price of Campanille.
