Traveling around Bordeaux I've stayed at many many hotels, ranging from two to five stars and this one is by far the worst. I'm not even going to get started on the conditions of the rooms, the interior design, the so-called breakfast or anything else about this dumpster, because the way they treated a minor staying alone at the hotel is just barbaric. Being low on cash, I had no choice but to stay here for a while, since this is the cheapest hotel I could find and really had no problem for a week or so, but a couple of days before my checkout I came back to my miserable room from college and found no sign of any of my stuff there. When I came down to the usually empty reception and found at least one employee I was told that they tried to charge me for the stay (which, I remind, wasn't supposed to be over until three or four nights later) and failed, so they packed all my things into trash bags and dumped them into their locker room. I was yelled at by the owner and told that until I pay for the nights I've already stayed they weren't going to give me my clothes, computer or papers I needed for college back. All of the staff were very rude, except for the man who cleans the place and the lady at the front desk mentioned in another review. Then the employees were told to tell me that unless I pay in advance they were to tell me that they were fully booked even though the hotel was absolutely empty. Luckily, I managed to make an exchange — I gave my passport to the receptionist

A damn disaster

We stayed here in a room for 3 people on the ground floor. The room was basic, but large and the beds were confortable. The young lady at the reception was very friendly, helpful and professional. There is a superb bistrot which is literally on the opposite side of the road from the hotel, which i believe is open 7days a week. There is also a private car park just behind the hotel, which is very practical.

Great Staff

We had been towed off the motorway & had to stay in the area overnight so garage owner suggested this hotel as it was very close by. Room was OK, slightly on the small side but beds comfortable enough. Decor wasn`t great & no AC but not too bad as room stayed reasonably cool. Didn`t have breakfast so can`t comment but think this is usually overpriced in France anyway! Plenty of eating places nearby but please bear in mind that places close early in France!
Thought 56euros a bit steep for just the room.
