We slept in the caster's room, the bathroom was to be shared, our hostess informed us of the nearest beach, really close, remarkable trees around the property

Very expensive room for the services offered. Cleanliness is not at the appointment, especially don't look under the bed! Covid rules are in place but what an interest when you see the condition of the room. Many unidentified tasks on the bed covering, bed head, floor, doors and walls... briefly except the sheets nothing is changed or washed between two customers. So the mask and the gel... no use! The room is tiny and under the stuffings, the bathroom is in a closet. There is a common kitchenette in all four rooms, where the cleanliness is still absent. Last black points: the abominable smell in the rooms and common rooms and the lack of confusion. Breakfast is not worth more than 50 euros and this room is not worth the maximum.

Reading the previous reviews can be a little hesitant. We spent last night in this guest room. A place resting in an idyllic, green, relaxing setting. No WiFi? No network? Well yes, it's not in the city centre and that's the real rest! A shared bathroom sure but everything is clean and we feel great. For 65 euros it was really the dream, nature, barely 15 minutes from Dieppe. We exchanged with the very friendly owner, she lets guests rest and is open to all exchanges.

Happiness

Reservation to enjoy a Smartbox. On the positive side, Madame is very nice. It's quiet and breakfast is right. But too negative. Three bedrooms with SDB common to all three is unacceptable in our time especially since the toilets are inside this SDB. The only room with a private SDB is too small and the SDB is very narrow. Also if you come to a smartbox, you're asked for an extra 30 euros for two nights under the pretext that smartbox doesn't repay us well enough.

Disappointment

We spent a very quiet and restful night at the Champarts. The breakfast was very pleasant and excellent. Perhaps the only small complaint was the feeling of being disturbed, perhaps because we had barely had the opportunity to exchange with the owner. We did not find the conviviality of a real guest room. However, the quality of the service is there and the reception is still warm.

Quality but lack of conviviality

If you want to isolate yourself and rest, it's the perfect hot room. Surrounded by sheep, without WiFi, it's isolated from the village. Even GPS is hard to find.

Comfortable room, breakfast with garden produce, homemade jams, excellent fruit salad, friendly reception.

Very well

The house is in the countryside in a very suggestive position, unfortunately the cleanliness of the room and bathroom and the quality of the furniture leaves much to be desired. The photos published on the site show a room where it was not allowed to go except for breakfast. The wifi network is detected by electronic devices, but the signal is so weak that it does not allow any kind of connection. Absolutely not recommended!

Forget about it

We spent two nights with friends in this chambre d'hotes. Forget it!! The house is in a beautiful location, lost in the countryside in the middle of the forest but the house is not the height of a chambre d'hotes. The rooms were really dirty and bathroom idem. A lot of dirt around and we don't talk about blankets. We couldn't wait to leave. The normal breakfast but bad quality bread and the living room very dirty. It would really take very little to make guests feel comfortable, a little cleaning and accommodation. Don't go!
