This B&B is highly rated and is run by the delightful and charming Delphine Cahouet who couldn't do enough to help and ensure we had a perfect overnight stay. There are only two rooms and we had the ground floor one which meant we could hear some creaking from the couple upstairs. Lovely garden overlooking fields but the room and breakfast area  must have been taken out of an interior design showroom. Everything was colour co-ordinated, beautifully presented and exquisite. Breakfast was excellent with home made jams, choice of tea, warm fresh bread, croissants and fresh fruit. Set us up for the two hour drive back to Calais. Even the invoice was beautifully presented! Could well go there again if we decide to tour Picardy and Normandy. Delightful and definitely recommended!!

Luxury stop over

My wife and I stayed at Le 33 for a quick trip to a nearby Village. The host is amazingly friendly and helpful. Check-in and -out was a breeze. She was more than eager to help out with recommendations for restaurants nearby and the breakfast was fantastic and plentiful. Our room (ground floor - double bed) was lovely, very comfortable and clean. No complaints whatsoever. Would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a place in the area.

Lovely B&B with a fantastic host

have stayed her twice, once for 4 days in 2010 and the previous trip one night in 2009. i beleive the redoubtable Mdme Michon and her husband have since sold the business but hopefully the same standards continue. Housed in a beautiful and traditional old village building, the rooms are stylish and comfortable with more than a hint of decorating flair. the ensuite bathroom of the room we stayed in inside the house was tiny but well appointed. for our longer stay we took the upstairs room in the one of the outbuildings which gave us alot more space with a lovely outlook over the gardens. breakfast was a tradtional french continental with quality breads, pastries, yoghurts coffees etc on offer. finding somewhere to eat for an evening meal can be tricky if your stay is on a week night, so make sure you check ahead as most restaurants are in nearby Beauvais aren't open outside of weekends. the village of auteuil is quaint and picturesque for a stroll but be aware there are no shops of any kind ( such as cafes, pattiseries, boloungeres etc) within walking distance.

What a pleasant surprise!  Le 33 is a converted 17th century farmhouse and inn in the adorable village of Auteuil, about an hour north of Paris by car.  The inn is luxurious, fully updated and beautifully furnished with funky, modern furniture.  Madame Michon couldn't have been nicer.  We loved driving around the picture-perfect rural villages unchanged since medieval times -- what Marie Antoinette copied when building her Hameau at Versailles.  The inn is convenient to chateaux, the Impressionist colonies along the Oise, and fun, tourist free Beauvais.  Couldn't recommend it more highly.  http://letrentetrois.free.fr/welcome.html
