Positives - easy parking, friendly staff, free WiFi.

Negatives - very basic room and bathroom with ill fitting shower head which spread more water over the floor than anywhere else. No window in room so it got very stuffy at night.

It was a one night stop over, so it just about passed the threshold of acceptability in terms of comfort and cleanliness, didn’t eat there so can’t comment on restaurant but overall the whole place screams ‘tired’ and ‘ in urgent need of some TLC’.

To be fair, I guess this is reflected in the price, very much a case of you get what you pay for. To future visitors I would suggest they limit their expectations.

Not great but stayed at worse

Great place for a one-night-stopover; that's about it. Rooms are basic and (some?) refurbished. Restaurant was okay (but relatively expensive!) for a meal after a long day travel and breakfast is basic but good enough if you want to hit the road again.
Wifi is extremely poor with dropping out and very slow speeds.
Staff is certainly friendly.

Bit concerned about negative reviews on Tripadvisor. We expected to be disappointed, but quite the opposite, we were quite comfortable. One or two things of concern which we mentioned to reception on leaving, in particular that the hairdryer was broken and dangerous. The room had a door that led into the garden, which was very pleasant. We took the 17 euro menu in the restaurant and the food was very good, the main course, of fish and fennel in a butter source, was absolutely delicious. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Very adequate

Be very wary of the nice website, pictures, and ads in local tourist brochures for this place. For some reason it seems no longer what it was. There were only a few people there; the restaurant was empty. The staff was polite and friendly, but seemed awkward and giving only a very basic service. The room was clean on the surface, but the bathroom needed a deep cleaning; there was a leak under the tiles that the staff wasn't too concerned about, and the extra pillows were only questionably clean. Walls and carpets in the public areas, and also the exterior, and the gardens, need an update.  OK for a night passing through, but THIS HOTEL IS NOT NOW OPERATING AS A THREE STAR HOTEL.

improve cleanliness and hospitality. Welcome to the good arrival. Least during stay. Very average service restoration and improve. Closet in the room inaccessible and noisy. Bathroom too small. Lighting or non-functional bit efficcace
