In November, most if not all hotels in seaside resorts are closed.  We were fortunate to have the owner open one room for us in spite of the fact that they were closed for the season.  We were given a room that could be opened directly from the exterior without going through the hotel.  It seemed to be a room adapted for handicaps as from the parking there are no steps but just an easy ramp to get to the room with a view of the ocean.  The room was clean, nicely provided with towels, TV, heating and a breakfast was thoughtfully provided for the next morning.  We may not be able to describe the facilities of the hotel.  But considering the kind and exceptional reception given to tired travellers (we drove 800 kms to Brittany), we would recommend this hotel anytime!

Plestin-les-greves is a quite and charming place. Hotel 'Les panoramas' is a great 2* hotel with beautiful see view (room 9 for 1 night), bath & shower, no air-conditioning. 2 minutes by car from city center.

Great 2* hotel

We liked our room (Chambre 5) one flight up with a view of the sea across a green landscape.  It’s an average size room, nicely decorated.  There’s no traffic noise here.  The only sounds are bird song and the surf in the distance.  The hotel doesn’t serve dinner, so we drove to a restaurant in the center of Plestin.

This hotel has been in Plestin for a number of years now and we always hope it will improve as would be a great place to call in for a drink, when we walk the local coastal paths or call in at the beach. The restaurant would be lovely to go to in the evening with the view but it always looks so uninviting. There are never menu's or tables outside to encourage people to enter. Come on Les Panorama's put a bit of effort into making this a lovely hotel & bar & restaurant!

Our room was clean and comfortable and was well cleaned daily as was the en-suite bathroom. Service was helpful. The foyer and dining room are retro in style and of local rather than international flavour. The breakfast offered a reasonable choice and is in buffet style. Breakfast may be taken in the dining room or on the attractive terrace.

A good two star hotel in stunning location

This hotel has a wonderful view, as its name suggests... but it is simply horrible. It's a crumbling, sleazy and not very clean structure. The humidity is very high in its rooms, the bathroom looked like it was made in 1920s. 

Avoid it, unless you want a cheap place to stay with a great view.
