We were 6 hikers on the GR.
We stayed only one night and had drinks at the bar twice.
How can I say ?
The boss and the waiter were disrespecful with one of us (a young woman).
They had very indecent proposals to her.
Absolutly discusting !

Stayed for a week in August, booked through Canvas Holidays. I was a little concerned as no recent English reviews and it was well priced (around £850 for a week including ferry). However, we really enjoyed our stay there and wanted to let others know that this is a nice park. Our accommodation was clean and had a really nice outside seating area. On the downside, it was quite small (though for us it was just somewhere to sleep and have dinner). The only niggle was having to go through an inventory of kitchen utensils on arrival (we were tired when we got there) but maybe that’s normal practice. For those who enjoy cups of tea, definitely worth bringing a kettle and mugs - they’re equipped with coffee machines and small cups. Facilities were good for a small park - the outdoor pool looks amazing on the photos but is freezing cold. There’s also an indoor pool but it can get crowded at times. There’s a volleyball area, football pitch and pétanque area. There’s a gorgeous beach across the road. The bar is good and they serve different snack foods (crepes, burgers, etc) although the bad exchange rate meant that it was very expensive for us! It is a largely French campsite and that’s reflected in entertainment available but it wasn’t an issue for us - we had a couple of drinks at the bar and went back to our van. The area is really lovely and it’s a short drive to Roscoff (for those who need to get the ferry). All the staff we met were very friendly and accommodated our poor French!

We are headed back for our 5th year. Spent 3 years in mobile homes and are going back for our 2 year in tents. Lovely area with tons of things to discover. Pool indoors and out but not much for the bigger kids to do.  It is essential to replace the soccer pitch nets as well as the volleyball nets.  Pitches are quite small but fairly private. Toilets clean

Booked through Brittany ferries, we stayed in a 2 bed chalet. Small and basic but sufficient for our needs. Swimming pool lovely outdoors however the indoor one appears to need some work. 

There is entertainment however it is all entirely in French. We got overcharged for meals however we do not speak enough French to be able to successfully challenge this. When we attempted to speak French (admittedly not very well but we tried) we got laughed at. 

I have mentioned all of this to the reception staff - awaiting a response at present. 

The general feeling we got from some staff and fellow guests is that we are interlopers. If you don't want English speaking guests, why promote your site through a company who deal predominantly with the English? 

We are a family with two young children (4 and 6) and we feel sorely let down. We won't be returning. Other parts of France are more understanding and at least appreciate the effort.

Avoid unless you can speak very good french!

We had a great holiday here with our 2 kids: the 'mobile homes' are basically chalets with 2 small bedrooms but they are perfect as a base camp literally 5 minutes from the beach - and within reach of many other nice beaches in the area. The staff here were very friendly and it was perfect for us, although I'm not sure if it wouldn't feel too busy in high season. There is a play area for kids onsite and a small indoor swimming pool as well as an outdoor pool (which wasn't open when we went because it was too early in the summer). The blackout blinds in our chalet meant our kids didn't wake up at the crack of dawn, so that was certainly a result. The only thing I would advise is: I know the 2 bedroom chalet can technically sleep 6 but you would feel very on top of each other if you actually had 6 people sleeping in one chalet: it would be worth booking 2 chalets instead, as they aren't actually too expensive.

We had a chalet for 6 people, 1 double, 2 twin rooms. twin beds are kid sized and there is no other space in bedrooms so very little room for any clothes etc and trying to get dressed is a challenge in the foot of space between the beds. Nice outside becnch on mini deck and nice natural surroundings, very clean and tidy. 

Even though there were lots of people from the Uk no effort was made to tell us about what events, entertainment etc was available. It was clear the french visitors had been well informed and attended a welcome meeting that we simply had not been invited to.

Very little available for english kids as kids club activities were managed entirely in french.

Outdoor Heated Pool means Heated by the Sun!!! Freezing so not of any use, Indoor pool was very small and crammed with kids so no opportunity to use either. Jacuzzi was also cold.

Swimming pool side bar/cafe not always open.

No toilet roll in public toilets on site.

Felt safe and good for kids to cycle around and very close proximity to the best beach we found in our 2 week saty and it is right on your doorstep.

Beach is lifeguarded, the water is as you would expect cold - although not as cold as the Outdoor pool! Lovely rock pools, beautiful sands, great for kids.

Must visit L'essential restasurant close by.
