My husband and I loved this hotel and would go back in a minute. When we arrived by taxi just before noon, the owner/manager kindly let us check in! Perfect timing, as he was on his way out and wouldn’t have been back until 3:00. With no one else at the desk we would have been stuck with our luggage. So full points for that.
The hotel is steps away from the beach, restaurants, shops, and terrific walks along the coast in both directions. We had a corner room on the first floor (#16) and it was bright, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The toilet was in a separate room from the sink/shower room, and the latter didn’t have a door. So curtains had to be drawn across the windows for privacy when changing. We normally skip the breakfasts at hotels because they’re often overly priced for what can easily be bought fresh from the bakery (and there’s always one of those close by). But we made an exception in this case, and the breakfast was fabulous — with a view of the sea included!
There was drilling noise due to some construction across the street, but only in the day, and likely a temporary inconvenience.

A lovely, friendly hotel

The hotel is perfectly located right next to the beach with its pink granite blocks and in some of the rooms you wake up with a view over the sea. However, what makes the difference for this cozy hotel is the service the owners provide. Whatever your question or problem is, they will try to help. My luggage had not arrived with my flight and they called daily the different players in this complex game of "where is my luggage". This hotel with its location and the service provided makes it an ideal place for relaxing holidays!

Excellent service

Room 26 was great! The breakfast one of the best we have had on our 16 day trip around France-worth every euro.The hotel manager was very good mannered and understood when we checked out a day early. The area is beautiful but mainly for walkers, not serious road cycling which was what we wanted.

Location Location!!

Really good location, faces west so in summer sun sets directly in front of hotel. Resteraunts all steps away. Breakast extra but not bad value. Aquarium close by and indoor swimming pool [not part of hotel]. Guess in school holiday season gets very busy but in June t was ideal.

Good location, beach, walks

Super little hotel with amazing views. Outside and reception area looked quite old fashioned but the rooms are wonderful. My husband and I had a nice side view from our room and the lovely ensuite include a wonderful double shower. Our daughters family room was outstanding with with a separate snug area, overlooking the beach and pink granite rocks. Sadly we were only there for one night but will return for longer next year.
