House in poor condition (HS store, lamps that don't work, dirty bathroom attachments, door that doesn't close)...running of the stairs that gave way after an elderly person fell...and the 600 euro bail was taken away from us unfairly without even being warned.

Three very disappointing

I'd like to start by saying how satisfied I was with this rental. Date 05 to 12 September 2020. Villa no. 14 will be nice. The reception which is now located at 35 rue Ampère in Mazamet is very friendly. There is no difficulty in parking your vehicle in front of the premises. In a few minutes you will pick up the keys to the lodging and you will be informed of all the formalities. There is no WIFI in the lodging but you can rent a bathroom (low flow) for the duration of your stay (25€ - 2Go / week). It's enough for a surfing of the internet. When you arrive on the website you will find a really hot bathroom that opens the entrance door. You will need to get a hot bathroom in a small kitchen with a bathroom at the entrance of the house.

It's been a very pleasant week.

Superb villa all comforts, nice area to explore! Everything was perfect 👌🏻👍🏻small household expenses at 150€ not included (bad surprise) given the price for the week and the health situation it would make sense that this was included..

Stayed for a week, the villa was clean, the pool too. Spacious, and functional, gentleman of nice and useful technique. All it takes to have a good stay, the only negative point I can say little is the bad insulation. That is, the reception is on a different site than the villa.

On 4 June we booked a villa with a private pool with Booking for Estivel the Larn Bridge for a week's stay. On 12 July I received an email from Booking informing me that Estivel cancels the booking due to overbooking!!!We had been debited the total amount!!!No excuse and no explanation from the Estivel establishment.

What to Avoid

We had a pleasant stay in this rental. Everything was perfect. Availability of the maintenance agent. Green space and swimming pool at the top.

It's a great stay.

We rented a villa for a week at Estivel. City 17 is assigned to us and there, great disappointment about the quality of service that is expected given the price we paid. The villa is very spacious but very poorly maintained. We had to wash the tile on the ground when we arrived. The water was black. We were surprised to get out of the dishes. Food remains stuck on plates and scissors. Summer of the rented parental suite. Stairs to the pool take off and pull on the lawn. 3 barbecues available. We didn't have a clean room. We reported the price of an HSD. We're waiting for the rent of the green space. We didn't even talk about the rented space, we didn't even talk about the green spaces.

Big disappointment

Holidays started a nightmare! We stayed 7 nights in villa number 10. We arrive at the place and we see the deplorable state of the villa. Green spaces unmaintained! Pool unpracticeable! dirty! dirty water! untreated! (photos) Mushrooms on the slopes around the pool! Mushrooms on the liner around the pool! (photos) Liner pool that unfolds and accumulates successive leaks. It's time to change it. (photos) And the lot of Smiles in the villa!!! (photos) It's crazy of mouse inside a villa!!! (photos) We discovered mouse in the kitchen.

It's a nightmare!

We rented the same house with a private swimming pool in Mazamet for two summers in a row. The area is rather quiet and comfortable for rest. The towns of Castres and Carcassonne for tours are nearby. The houses are on the same layout and aligned with each other. This can be likely if you bump into noisy and disrespectful neighbors of the neighborhood. Some houses are a little more isolated than others. Otherwise, it is perfect for a family, because the houses are large and well equipped.

Rent a house with private pool!!!

Family stay in the southwest. We appreciated the quality of the services offered and the friendly hospitality of the Estivel team. The villas built about ten years ago offer a private pool and full facilities.
