We rented the Eucalyptus cottage for two weeks in July. It is supposed to be one of their "prestige villas", located just 400 meters from the beach. The close distance from the sea was the main reason we booked this place. Unfortunately, the distance from the sea is a lie, the house is located 800 meters from the closest beach, a 10 min walk. This was the biggest disappointment as we came with our 3 small kids.
The house is pretty basic, a few points we felt were negative: roof over terrace is made of plastic (see photo), which turns the terrace into a greenhouse making it impossible to have a meal while the sun is out; the garden is run down and there are ants every where, with several anthills on the property; the "dedicated high-speed WiFi" isn't available at all or is of average quality at the best; the car parking of the chalet requires a turn on a steep and narrow path, making it tricky to park (rocks, ditch and neighbouring house to avoid), so you may wish to park somewhere nearby instead.
Overall a disappointment with this property.

Beware of deceiving description

We came back for a summer stay at bellavista and we were again delighted by the place. The beach is really superb and clean ... the mini villas are ideally located near the beach and in a green and flowery setting! But good! We will come back to that, for sure.

Back to bellavista residence and also a great stay as first

We were in family and we have enjoy our stay there. Great little sweet house close to the beach, very beautiful beaches arround (My best place for me). Porto Vecchio is a lovely little town where we was all good: no stress, the good way of life! we have to come back there again i think ;)))

Very good experience and stay in santa giulia

Me and my family get there very good times and we spend great holidays. The beach of santa giulia bay is just like the carabian island... blue water and white sand.
We have took a private house close to the beach with it’s our swimming pool... i thing that was villa santa giulia or kanishka, i’m not sure but anyway, i recommand this very good adress for all!

Very good place to spend great holidays: The olace to be.

We were at private villa Kanishka and we have spend there a very good time. It was very good located close to the beach, the villa was also confortable. At arrival, we meets owners who was very sympatic and attentioned. Notihng wrong there!

Great holidays, very good location and relaxing villa.

We spend a very good experience in bella vista villa (kanishka). Well furnished, close to the beach with a beautifull sea view also... my family and i spend a very very good time there. We apreciate especiaty the ouside kitchen with sea view and it’s BBQ... I recommand this adress where we will come again next year for sure!!

We made our home in this beautiful place that is the residence bella vista in Porto Vecchio for our first stay in Corsica! It is an excellent choice and notice to all contributors who wish like us to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday ... We opted for a Prestige, 2 rooms for children. The location is ideal, not too far from the city center and from the other surrounding beaches; the villa very correct and well furnished, finally the beach is simply Caribbean! Special mention to wifi included which worked very well. The welcome of the owners was courteous and informative, they informed us about the surroundings and activities possible because we are almost off season ... A very good address and we will return.

Excellent choice for a first time in Corsica.

We had a fantastic stay at T3 Eucalyptus villa! We absolutely loved it. Let me first say that I speak French well, so that may have impacted how easy it was to communicate with our hosts and set everything up, but it seemed like it was not necessary to speak French. The booking was easy, the arrival was easy, the villa was ready for us and immaculate, we were met at the office and shown the villa right away, it was just as we expected from the description and photos, and even closer to the beach than we had thought. No complaints at all. We very much enjoyed the deck with table and chairs and the grill and comfy lounge chairs. The bedrooms were fine and we appreciated the sturdy shutters and shades which made it easy to sleep late if we felt like it! The a/c worked well. The kitchen had everything we needed and we used the laundry machine and hung our clothes out to dry on the rack provided on the deck. We loved being easy walking distance (for us, a family of four with two kids aged 8 and 9) from the beach and several cafes and restaurants. There is a little convenience grocery store in walking distance as well, and you can get your baguette there, and there are yummy croissants, pain aux raisins and pain au chocolat at the cafe across the little square. I would love to go back to this same location. We rented a car and had our own parking space. I don't understand the complaints about this establishment on this board. We arrived the last week of school in France, which was a perfect time because it was not yet too crowded. I can imagine that going in August or the back half of July would be packed. The beach is unique and the nearby town is lovely. Bonifacio is amazing for a nearby day trip. The hotel up the hill with the pool (which is the pool you get to use) is a little odd, but nice. The pool is fine, but it's windy on the pool deck. Don't go for the pool! The beach is where it's at. Great spot. Have fun!
