From the website it looked cool but in reality it was far better! All the residence look very new and very well maintained. Furniture are superb and the staff is absolutely amazing and always ready to help. The beach, probably one of the most beautiful in Corsica is literally 8 minutes from the door of your apartment. fantastic. I’d definitely suggest this place

Fantastic residence close to the best beach!

Everything was even better than i was waiting. Maëlys and Géraldine were more than helpfull,from the check in until the check out they did everything for us to have a pleasant..

Simply perfect

No luck 
We had stayed in a spacious and bright studio, quality furniture but little charm, we had appreciated the easy location of this residence, usually we sleep in hotels but this year, with the corona we preferred to rent a studio, we regretted that there were no hotel services, our biggest problem was the lack of soundproofing with the neighboring studio because there was a baby and we could hear the day and especially at night this baby, we talked with Heraldine who told us that she could not offer us a correct solution.

We spent a wonderful holiday thanks to the welcome received by this magnificent residence, very well kept and equipped, located in one of the most beautiful beaches in Corsica.
We will definitely be back on vacation here!

Magnificent Residence!!!

My husband and I stayed in a studio apartment for two weeks. The apartment was modern, clean and in a very good condition with a large balcony. The apartment was extremely well equipped; from the kitchen utensils, cutlery and equipment, a music player, clothes drying horse, washing basket, wine bottle opener, kitchen hand towels, washing up sponges etc etc! The residence is just 100 metres to the beautiful and very long beach of Santa Giulia. There is also a small supermarket located next to the residence, which was useful for all sorts of food and apartment supplies. There is only a handful of restaurant options within walking distance of the residence and I'd most certainly recommend Le Fort, U Santa Marina and L'Ondella as the best options. Its best to have a car to explore the island or you can use taxis. Geraldine and Maelys who work at the residence were extremely helpful throughout our stay; giving restaurant and beach club advice and making reservations at restaurants, beach clubs and taxis throughout our stay. I was very touched by their willingness to help. I would definitely recommend hiring a boat for the day to see other beaches locally. Palombaggia is beautiful and has some great beach restaurants. And Porto Vecchio is the place to be at night!

Fantastic stay

We had one week vacation on Costa Nera Residence, duplex apartment ( 2 floors, 2 bedrooms). Appartment is very modern, fully equipped, stylish ( wash machine. coffee machine, dishwasher , microwave) There is also a terrasse, where you can have morning coffee. While appartient was amazing, there is nothing more on the residence.
Then, it is 5 mins max walk to the beach, which is beautiful. Small, but good mini market is just next to the residence. Parking is included. I would recommend to rent a car at least for couple of days, as Bonifacio and Porto Vecchio are nice cities to visit. There are some nice restaurants on the beach and perfect in the Porto Vecchio ( 10 mins drive, taxi is 20-30 EUR). Girl from reception were very helpful and extremely responsive. Small, but nice benefit - bath staff ( like shampoo, gel) is amazing. I loved it so much! 
I would also recommend to try Palombadgia beach. It is slightly different from Santa Giulia, but both are amazing. 

Great vacation place! 

New, fully equipped modern apartment with extremely kind hospitality on the reception. Just 5 min walk from Santa Giulia beach, free parking, shop at the other side of the fence, restaurants on the beach. Ideal for everyone, fully recommended.

Our stay was incredibely well. A beautiful house, very clean, just the best one can get. Friendly staff and also very supportive. We will for sure come back. Beach very close

Just amazing!!!!

We traveled as a family with 3-year-old twins, parents, grandparents, and great grandfather. We rented two duplex apartments for two weeks and the staff made sure they were adjacent. We loved our stay in this spacious, clean, practical place, and mainly split our time between the beach and the apartment. We've seen many beaches and we found Santa Giulia to be among the best; it is an aquatic playground for adults and kids and is breathtakingly beautiful. The shaded terrace at our apartment made it super easy to store our beach equipment (incl SUP board) and all the other stuff that is better left outside. 
The equipment in the apartment is good quality and we made frequent use of the microwave, oven, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. The suggestions we could make are; better knives, washers with a rinse/spin program, and a hose and tub to wash/rinse beach gear on the way in (shower is available).
The beach offers nearly everything: snorkeling, exploring, sailing, windsurfing, paddle board, wakeboarding/skiing/inner-tubing, jet skis, pedalo, etc. Also, it is super shallow which is great for little kids.
We scheduled two additional cleanings to keep things tidy and were happy with the full change of towels and bedding, this service cost 50 EUR per cleaning.
We really enjoyed our time and will very likely be back. It was such a pleasant way to spend 15 days.

Convenient Friendly Clean Beautiful Fun

Our stay was very nice. The Appartement is very clean and well equipped . The beach is only few minutes away. The staff was very nice. The nice town of Bonifacio is not gar away.We can recommend costa nera .
