This apartment felt like a home away from home.  It was a beautiful, modern and clean accommodation.  Fantastic design with a split level mezzanine floor - with the bedroom on one level and the living area downstairs.  Also there was floor to ceiling window which just flooded the apartment with light - what a touch!

Apartment is well kitted out with standard items such as fridge, toaster, hob, microwave oven, TV, and air con.  The wifi is free and fast!!  There is also secure on site parking.  Great powerful shower in the bathroom and the softest towels I have felt for a long while - its the little touches.

Location - its a few minutes walk away from the marina where there are plenty of bars and restaurants.  if you want to go to the old town which is up quite a steep hill its around a 20 minute walk. 

However only 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 nights stay - felt a little light and my only minor gripe!

Overall would highly recommend this place.

Loved this apartment

The apartments are spacious and modern, artwork in the foyer brings the decor into focus.  We found the owner very agreeable and nothing was a problem, even when we found the tv difficult to sort out. ( we don't speak French)  the apartment was clean, well presented, the beds comfortable and the kitchen well appointed.  You will not regret booking this property.

The best place to stay in our opinion.

Porto Vecchio (PV) is probably the best place to stay in Corsica as it is on the Corse Sud, close to Bonifacio but also very close to the best beaches, St Cyprianu, Palombaccia, Santa Julia, etc. Also very close to Zonza, a very nice vilage in the mountains. Within PV the La Cuve is located at the very end of the port, looking at the see, looking to a small ferry port which is User only once a day. 
The appartment provides great view both to the see but also to the salt fields on the other side. We were in a 4 bedroom app 6 of us (parents w/4 children), and the place was really fantastic with 2 big terraces. We would have easily lived there...
Very well equiped, we cooked every day, used the washing machine, all was great. 
Would return anytime and will recommend to friends.

Very spacious nice, well equiped apartman

We spent our last week of our honeymoon in Corsica at La Cuve. We had the Salt Marsh studio apartment which had a great view from a lovely outside terrace onto, yes you guessed it, the Salt Marsh. 

The apartment itself is loft style chic. Lots of wood and metal styling with concrete ceilings - great pics on their website. 

It's a short stroll into the harbour area and is situated opposite where the BIG ferry arrives from France. The view from the front (onto the 'dock') is therefore more gritty than the beautiful view back onto the marsh and surrouning countryside. 

Suits couples and people like us with a young baby. But if you have a toddler the split level and steepish metal stair case might put you off.

A cool place to stay. And a great base to explore all the brilliant beaches and mountain activities around the PV area.

Stylish self catering option in Porto Vecchio

La Cuve is first rate accommodation, spacious, clean and modern with good sea and salt marsh views.
Corsica is a beautiful island and as long as you have a car this is a good base to see the south side of the island. If you like beaches they are aplenty and gorgeous.
Porto Vecchio has lots of restaurants, u molu in the port and l'antigu and la terrace in town were excellent. (beware steep hill into town)
