nice view from room.
Room is ok but…
Room is not very clean. I gave a bunch of long hairs to the receptionist, I founded next to my bed. Windows of room and balcony are very dirty. Windows around swimming pool are very dirty. Broken umbrella at the pool. Concrete pieces broken from terrace (you can see the iron),  paint and plaster coming of walls everywhere in hotel (not in room). Door of room makes a lot of noise when opening or closing it.
Room was not ready at arrival (16h15) but we got a glass of water to compensate… room ready at 17h10.
Hotel needs very urgent some maintenance and cleaning work done.

And that for more then 206€/night???
And breakfast is not worth 16€/person.
Never again…

Never again. The hotel really needs some love and attention

We were lucky enough to have a room with a view of the sea, it was just magic when we woke up! We also enjoyed the view at breakfast.

It's great.

The rooms and the views are splendid, the hospitality is impeccable, I'm all the way through this hotel, magnificent, the beaches of dreams nearby, the good restaurants around, I highly recommend this little corner of paradise.

We love the place and even more so the staff, Yanik (hi), Marcelle, Lola and everyone else.

Very disappointed with our stay!! False advertising!! The beach is not 10 minutes walk away, the restaurant is not next door either but this one is 10 minutes away, the pool was dirty, no umbrellas possible because there was too much wind, no service around the pool unless we ordered drinks at the reception, no cocktails, the windows were dirty, the amazing sea view  from the upper room  INEXISTANTE (looking at bushes!! Balcony filled with ants with leftovers from previous occupants, abandoned car investors with soft windows or on the parking lot, lunch at a very basic price unless we ordered drinks at the reception, no cocktails, the windows were dirty, the amazing sea view  tomorrow from the upper room  INEXISTANTE (looking at bushes!! Very disappointed

The negative (looking for the 4 stars) is that the hotel's overall maintenance is THE BIGGEST point of the day: - The view: Nothing to say, it's frankly breathtaking, and it's a show every morning. - The reception: Very pleasant. Kindness and smiles in every person we saw at the reception....the list unfortunately stops there. The negative (looking for the 4 stars) is that the hotel's general maintenance is THE BIGGEST point of the other places. We find the feeling that they were a bit of a jewel to say but everyone is annoyed.

The stars must talk to each other...

An unspoken phone call once they arrived on the scene about the overnight billing, king of the pack when it comes to hiding behind his employees who each discover the dispute every day, annoying and disappointing.

Disappointment

Despite a nice view we were very disappointed by the small maneuvers of this hotel. We had called a week before we arrived to change our stay from 3 to 2 nights. Everything seemed ok on the phone without any difficulty. but it arrived.

No action, no change or cancellation

The hotel was of high quality, with a warm welcome and an exceptional view of the Bay of Santa Giulia. We were supposed to stay there for one night only, but the Zen spirit of the place made us stay longer.

It's a magical place, a stunning and enchanting view.

We stayed in this hotel for four days. It was a very pleasant stay on all levels. The hospitality and availability of the staff is a strong point. A spacious and very well equipped room with a wonderful view of the beach of Santa Guilia. The breakfast buffet on the terrace was excellent with quality products. We will return at the first opportunity!
