We had booked a studio and upon our arrival we were upgraded for free to a very nice villa! Thanks a lot to Alexandra, this definitely made our stay!!!! The villa had an amazing view on the beach from the balcony (see pictures). We could watch the sunset and the beach, it was amazing!!!! The villa was very clean and everything works very well. It is very easy to walk to the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants and bar and even a grocery store. So you don't have to go out or drive during the whole stay! I definitely recommend it!

Amazing experience ideally located in Santa Giulia!

Very clean, with air conditioning.
Not big but adequate.
Swimming pool in the residence (one has to order something at the café to dip in, which is OK). 
Santa Giulia is one of the world's best beaches, and these appartments allow us to fully enjoy it. It really is a short walk even with kids in the heat :-)
The manager is available and helpful.
We loved it!
Not suitable for handicapped people: very steep road, small flights of steps.
Not cheap but nothing is cheap in Corsica :-)

Please read the comments on Booking.com even then, they are still kinder that the worth. Many people have rated this place very bad.  The money is taken in advance and the Owner will not give you money back.  The rooms are nothing like they are on the pictures, the beds are max 1m40 and plastic VERY bad mattress.  You will not sleep here.  The rooms are not big enough to swing a cat around in.  After paying 1100 Euro for a 3 person villa, when we arrived we waited 2 hours to check in.  We were just left alone, not one other guest, at the pool.  When we finally were able to go to the room, it was HORRID.  The place to sit outside was like in a camp site, no BBQ like it said there would be.  The walk ways are broken, the steps and dirty.  The room was so small and very dark! The sitting area outside was just big nough for the table, you couldnt move around it.  The shower was even too small for my 6 year old!  Maybe for backpackers its ok but to stay for a week!!  The owner promised to change the room if we didnt like it before we came, but when I get there and asked he said everything was taken even though on Bookings, I could see lots move still available!!  My Husband (French speaking) asked him to upgrade and even offered to pay.  The owner seemed to find it funny to keep us in the terrible room and said he had nothing for us to move into.  Only after I begged him and I CRIED , he moved us at a fee of 200 euro more than what we paid on booking.  Then we still needed to pay all the towels and bed sheets!!  the room was "ok" it was bigger but an old bathroom and the bed was just terrible.  no curtains and very dirty.  The owner (Lucien) seemed to find it fun to play with people like this.  SOOOO many people have complained here.  Much much nicer and cheaper places to stay in Corsica.  The beach is still a good walk away from this place and if you are right at the top like wew were in the second room, the hill is so steep childeren or older people couldnt walk it you need the car and its far.  The beach is ok but better elsewhere. Not good for children nothing to do.   Indeed you need to pay to use the pool, we knew that and didnt mind but the service is none exciting.  No one comes to help you.  The pool belongs to another hotel.  The owner of the houses is never around.  the money is taken 2 weeks before you arrive off you account.  The owner will give you a room on the Saturday when you arrive and you will not be able to reach him again. No reception! nothing.  Please be aware people.  I wish I had read the comments good before.  this ruined our holiday this year :(
