The beautiful bay of Santa Giulia is a few minutes away from quite well-equipped small villas, they are a little old and quite unmaintained, we had to clean up when we arrived, despite a household tax of 50€.

Good situation, benefits that can be perfected

My god but by or to start... it's horrible... the only positive thing is the location but unfortunately it's not all. the litter dates back to the early 20's it's horrible with a big hole in the mattress. the pool is paid. if you want to be calm it's missing camping atmosphere insured until 3am music in depth! very expensive for quality. it's horrible... an address has barred a tip to pass your way.

It's easy we're a few hundred meters away and can't talk on the terrace!!!! Moreover, small details that are important and cherry on the cake, the pool is paid for!!! In no other residence in Corsica is the case so choose another place.

Families are fleeing!!!

After reading the reviews (just before arriving at the residence) we got scared and got apprehensive on our way there. Welcomed by Cedric, he booked us a superb reception. We were staying in a studio (Numero 38 seems to me t it). Santa Giuhlia Beach is 5 minutes walk away!! Barbecue available with all the kitchen utensils, washing machine, stretcher etc. The decoration was quite correct and in accordance with the photos when booking.

Vacation at the top 👌🏼

Very disappointed No water for this shower cleanliness is non-existent The very arrogant director takes people upstairs. Works at 7am. Horrible to run away at all

A disastrous price-to-earnings ratio for our (all) small apartment (Studio A). We paid very dearly to be crammed between two other apartments (no privacy, the neighbors pass in front of your very small terrace). The aging apartment is very poorly arranged (we bump into each other everywhere) and the furniture takes up all the space. The view was not at the appointment, despite the gardener who carved the fence in front! choose your accommodation well. There were many items missing (no hook for bathroom service, no scissors, a bottom pierced bar unusable, 3 poor electricity and of course no cash or liquid dishes). The mattress was just horrible, it was worse, and you had to pay for the rent.

Too expensive, old man, to avoid

Paying dearly and not having towels, or sheets, or even a shower soap/gel is a total scam this residence..and to get to the pool you have to consume!! I strongly recommend this establishment.

Apartment in a very nice independent villa. Everything new and clean. Air conditioning and washing machine. Last generation induction furnaces but x we who travel with the ns coffee maker a screw, you can't use it!!! we had to fold on soluble coffee. only sinks the shower with the curtain, it supplies the entire bathroom. However, apart from this, everything perfect, I expected worse after reading other not very positive reviews about this residence, now that I'm here I understand them even less. Exceptional position x the beach of Santa Julia. It's really 5 minutes from the apartment to the beach.

We rented and rented a villa for eight people when only six people could stay. The other two were forced to sleep on the floor in the living room. They charged us for the rent of sheets and towels, but they got an extra fee that we were never reimbursed.

I could call the relationship with the residence and the Luximo agency that rented us the house a real scam.
