We were very well received at the Lago Verde residence and were even overclassified for a larger apartment. We were given advice on the beaches, the tours to do and even on the weather to come. The apartment was very comfortable, nothing was missing. A sheltered terrace overlooking the pool allowed us to have our meals. For people with reduced mobility, ask for a ground floor apartment because the buildings have two floors, no elevator. The pool was very clean even though we didn't use it. There is a shopping center across the street. To access the beaches, you have to take the bus that is closest to the residence (Cala verde), which is not beautiful. The residence is quiet for the accommodations, but it can be a little noisy in the morning.

Serge, the owner of the facility, saved us when 15 days before our departure for Corsica the apartment we had booked on Booking.com was suddenly cancelled by the owner and just for his kindness it deserved five balls! we give 4 because the facility needs some modernization, but I am convinced that they are already working on us because for example the bathroom sanitarians were new.

Great way to visit southern Corsica

We have been at this facility for the third week of the month. The images used on the sites do not represent the reality of the facility. The impact is in our opinion and also that of other guests who had booked quite disappointing. Negative aspects: poor maintenance of the house, the common gardens, the swimming pool area. Low-level furniture but well functioning. the facility does not offer any kind of service even for a fee. Positive aspects: the location (in front of a large shopping mall where to shop and five minutes by car from the old port center) and the state of cleanliness as soon as you arrive.

Structure poorly maintained

We were in this residence to visit the South of Corsica and it is in Porto Vecchio but far from the center (you have to go by car) and obviously also from the beaches.

Comfortable but a little old

My family and I stayed in this Residence for two weeks in July and... it's really good! Our apartment (a two-bedroom with three beds) was a bit Spartan but very clean and with everything it needs: a nice bathroom with two windows, air conditioning with independent split between them (very important if you have different views on the concept of ideal temperature), small laundry rooms, microwave and large balcony overlooking the pool. The owners, who speak a good Italian, are very nice, always present and available. The location is perfect: 20-30 minutes drive from all the most beautiful beaches in the area, very close to a well-equipped shopping center and 5 minutes drive from the port and historic center of Porto Vecchio.

A perfect one! very charming people who advise you on all the visits, are always there for the slightest question. And in the customer service ++++ We had a super clean and very comfortable apartment with a view of the pool. We had a great week. Thank you to the hosts! I highly recommend and will not hesitate to come back.

We've spent 4 great nights in this spacious and very clean housing given the current context of Covid, all the measures are taken, bravo Hyper friendly and available manager who took the time to show us the best activities to do around.
