Been coming here for 10 years off and on. Accommodations are spartan but functional. Tons of included discounts for ski passes and equipment. Good value for the money spent. The staff is friendly and helpful especially upon arrival with everything prepared in advance.

We return each year to these apartments and once again have had an excellent stay. Very handy for the lift at Notre Dame and the restaurants. Super friendly and helpful team at reception. We will be back next year!

Great visit 

Great apartment, fabulous location and facilities. Perfect for a family ski holiday. Easy to get the free shuttle to Crest-Voland. Lovely to relax in the pool at the end of a day's skiing.  Highly recommend.

Propre et conviviale

The residence is located in the centre of the small village. Ski lift is ~300 m walk slight upward, nothing more than a good warm-up. There is a boulangerie in the building, you can go down for the morning's baguette in slippers :). The inside swimming pool is not very big, it can be easily filled with people, and since it is not very warm, it is not suitable for just relaxing.
We rented a 2 bedroom / 6 person apartment for 5 of us, it was spacious with 2 bathrooms and a quite big terrace overlooking the village. It was in a good shape, normally equipped and enough garderobe spaces (!). The ski depot has a door directly to the street, no need to walk on stairs in your boots. The staff was helpful, especially the lady who speaks English very well. (The other people on the reception did not speak any word in English, however most of the guests seemed to be French.)

Better tha average residence, good location

Lovely  apartments situated in the picturesque village of Notre Dame de Bellecombe. We stay here in winter as well for our skiing holiday.Our comfortable apartment has a large balcony and enjoys stunning views. There is a small pool and sauna. Underground  car park. You have to pay for wifi. Dogs are allowed at extra cost.

Cycling in The Alps

Spacious comfortable apartment. Well maintained and well equipped. Covered parking available. In village centre close to restaurants and facilities, and only 100m from ski lift (but it is an uphill climb!) we have visited many times in summer and winter and enjoy both equally. Extremely beautiful village and mountains, great for skiing and walking.

Great location and value

We hired a room for 6 people as our children are grown up and we dont want them sleeping on the bed settee - the accommodation was quite small and would not I say be suitable for 6 adults of even 6 people - 4 it was crowded only three could comfortably sit on the settee with one on the floor.  The room with the single beds was good with plenty of storage but the double bedroom there was not really enough storage/wardrobe - I think they could get rid of the tables at the sides of the bed and put small chest of drawers so you have somewhere to put underwear tops etc.  Thats all it needs really.  We have a corner apartment so the balcony was huge and would be great in the summer.  My husband and grown up children went in the pool which they said was small but good.  Small walk up the road to the button lift to get ski-ing.  Small quiet resort suitable for a good ski-ing holiday.  Would not be suitable for anyone wanting a good nightlife.  Two or three good restaurants expesive but the norm for ski-ing resorts

Have stayed here 5 times in the last 5 years as a friend has an apartment in this complex. The location is easily reached from Geneva and parking is supplied onsite. The complex is clean,tidy and well ran, the apartments are functional and have a hob and combination oven but no stand alone ove,fridge etc etc.
A number of good bars a 5 minute walk away and you have a couple of restuartants and a take away pizza,chicken outlet just up the road.
Great location for the bus to 1350 or down to Crest Voland...couple of nursery slopes at the top of the hill or the option to tackle Le Reguet which is a blue.
In summary a great location to explore l'Espace Diamant ski area and good comfortable and functional apartments.

Great location and facility

The front desk spoke English and was friendly. The room was OK the toilet smelled like dogs. Had to wash plates and other things to eat on and eat with. A ton of flies in the room. The coffee machine was too dirty to clean or use. The pillows were very very dirty and full of stains didn't use them. First day the carpets were dirty in the hallways. 20 euros per week for parking in the garage. Not a lot of parking in at hotel so you had to park by church. The pool was very small more than 5 people in it forget about swimming you just stand there. Room was in front of ski storage room. The view was very good. And it was nice located near things to see and door.
