This hotel is excellent! I had four nights here in a room with a stunning view of the lot river. My room was bright, comfortable and clean.
The restaurant was just outstanding with food that was not only delicious but beautiful in presentation.
Above all, the staff are so friendly and helpful. They could not have done more for me. I truly appreciated all their help with things from dining recommendations to driving directions. They made me feel welcome, safe and so very comfortable. We will be back in this area and this is definitely our first choice. I highly recommend it!!

Outstanding!

Incredible food and views… we opted for the 3 course set menu for dinner,which was both artistic and delicious. It was very reasonably priced with a 29 and 39 euro option. The staff were lovely and helped to translate it for us… beautiful wine and would definitely return.

Amazing view to compliment a delicious meal

The hotel is under new ownership and we were the first guests in the post covid season. The cleanliness and upgrades to the place were evident along with the upbeat and earnest effort of the staff and owners. Michel who is bilingual made us feel right at home for the 3 days and two nights we stayed. The kitchen is exceptional and they went out of their way to accommodate our needs with weather and varied check out times due to mechanical failure of our van. I highly recommend this place for dining and accommodation.

A small gem in the Lot region

Stopped for lunch in this splendid hotel with a restaurant overlooking the river Lot. The views from the tables could not be bettered in this medieval town.

Great menu and fairly priced, super friendly staff.

Fantastic views of the river Lot

This little gem is on a relatively busy junction but you can get away from traffic noise by eating in the restaurant. Family run, she on reception and he in the kitchen, both not overly forthcoming but both very efficient, helpful and pleasant. We are one vegetarian and one with ridiculous medical 'allergies'. The chef accommodated both wonderfully (superb steak tartare with no onions or garlic and vegetarian that wasn't goat cheese & salad). We are age 83 and 71 and truly appreciated the fact that there is a lift to our 3rd floor pad. VERY CLEAN.

Very satisfied

Went back for a second time a few weeks ago. Just as good as last year. Good location and excellent food.
It’s in a nice area with plenty of things to see within a one hour drive. 
FYI its pretty close to Bergerac airport which has cheap flights from the UK.

Still excellent

Stayed here with a cycling group and owners were very helpful in accommodating group and our bikes. Great views from room, great restaurant and food was excellent. Room was very comfortable and well furnished. 

Great hotel

Visited the Lot for a few days with a small group.  Check into the room with a superb panoramic view of the river Lot and a four poster bed!  The room was large in size and the bed very comfortable.
Breakfast and dinner are served in the restaurant overlooking the river and watching the sun go down over the vineyards was fantastic.
Marie the hostess was lovely and the highlight for me was the food.  We had 2 dinners and both were some of the best food I have eaten in France - all complemented by the local Malbec!
Will definitely return when next in the area.
