Me and my wife did a last minute booking for a week in this cute hotel/airbnb. The manager and the receptionnist were super kind and really helpfull about activities, restaurants ! The location is not really in the city center but is perfect it avoid the noise. 
Only one bad point.. our stay was too short !!! See ya xx 

Friendly place 

I was happily surprised upon my arrival. The apartment was very clean. The location was ideal, near the thalasso center and the beach. Quiet and well kept. The  staff was welcoming and friendly. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and functional. I recommend it for a stay of more than a few days. Parking is free. In all it was a great place to stay.

Great place to stay in Quiberon 

First contact and big surprise that beach is so close to the hotel! 5 min and you could enjoy the view and the breeze :) The room was very clean, with balcony. You can order a breakfast to the room but we never used that option. The kitchen was very small, with very small working space, but using your creativity it was manageable. There was a fridge, a microwave, a cooker, a small kettle, a coffee express, some utensils and other essentials. Very friendly stuff made our visit just memorable :)

We LOVED the place! From French "residence" you usually expect being basic (if not spartan) and rather careless - but this hotel was as lovely as you can imagine:
 - our One-Bedroom Apartment consisted of a spacious bedroom and living room with a sofa for our teenager and two separate bathrooms and even two balconies!
- both AC and heaters are present (in both rooms and both bathrooms!) and works
 - before you come you get an e0mail from the hotel with an entrance code and other info and they offer you to rent bikes - which is a great idea!
 - small kitchenette is _fully_ equiped including all sorts of friut de mer cutlery (needles, pins, oyster opener etc) and a dishwasher (no microwave, btw).
 - bed and pillows are ideal
 - staff speaks enough English and ready to speak French with those who are just trying :) - and very patiently 
 - there are 3 or 4 breakfast options - from just coffee and croissant to larger ones. 
 - private parking 
 - situated in a very quiet place 
I will definitely recommend the hotel and Quiberon to my friends.
