Superb residence. The rooms are comfortable and very well equipped, very good bedding, everything is very clean, with private parking, two steps from Thalassotherapy which gives you a discount if you are a resident of Louison Appart.

Beautiful, spacious and well equipped apartments. impeccable cleanliness and the possibility to order the previous day's bread and wine. Plenty of parking space in the residence and nearby. Very good quality/price ratio. We will be happy to return

It's perfect.

The living room (with chair, TV, table bottom) is very spacious and very well lit (southwest exhibition). We enjoyed the presence of 2 balconies, equipped with tables and chairs: a large main room in length and a small side room. On the corner of the kitchen corner, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher and glass plate. Finally, the kitchen bag and kitchen utensils are provided with torches and a first row of boots (no cleaning fluid) in Salerno, despite the fact that we have been living on the beach for two weeks, we have been serviced by a small bathroom, but we have a very convenient parking space in the hotel room (with a very large parking space).

Very good establishment

The hotel is not located in the centre of Quiberon but it has free parking for the guests. A little extra for the receptionist who was very welcoming!

Hello, I rarely leave a review for the hotels, this one deserves it very much, the cleanliness, the layout of the rooms, the receptionists nothing to say, everything was perfect, I highly recommend it soon I will be back

It's a great hotel.

Used to Quiberon and these different hotels, we spent one night in this new Appart Hotel type establishment. Bedroom on the top big double bed, studio equipped with a kitchenette! One more knowing that the price is almost the same as a classic hotel room. Breakfast is rich with only local products and homemade. Very cordial welcome. We will surely return for a longer stay.

Oh, by the way.

Me and my wife did a last minute booking for a week in this cute hotel/airbnb. The manager and the receptionnist were super kind and really helpfull about activities, restaurants ! The location is not really in the city center but is perfect it avoid the noise. 
Only one bad point.. our stay was too short !!! See ya xx 

Friendly place 

I booked a room in the Residence Azur in Quiberon at the beginning of 2020 for a week in the off-season (28.3. - 4.4.2020) for 378 euros and made a down payment of 110 euros. The hotel cancelled the booking because of Corona and kept the down payment. Due to Corona, no booking was possible in 2021. The hotel Residence Azur was sold and is now called Louison. I booked DASSELBE rooms for a week in the off-season (28.4.2020) for 588 euros. My down payment was not recognized. I feel overwhelmed. Although the room has become almost 60% more expensive, there has been no improvement in the facilities. But this can only be described as remembered.

Never again!

The place is very well situated. The rooms are large and extremely clean. The bed is comfortable. The parking is easy. The reception is very nice. Our room with a small kitchen with everything necessary. We had a balcony overlooking containers and a parking lot from the building behind. There was also a roar coming from this building, but once the windows were closed we didn't hear anything. Close to the beach. I highly recommend.

A very clean and welcoming personal room.

First time in Quiberon and after a lot of research our choice was on this hotel apartment. We did not regret our choice at all! Excellent quality price ratio compared to the ibis or other hotels, because studio is bigger and kitchenette a big plus! We were in a renovated double studio, very functional for two. Ideal for 4/5 days. It also offers apartments larger than 40m2 more suitable for long stays. The location is ideal 100m from the beaches, quiet because concentrated and away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Finally Guillaume and Maëva are exemplary guests as the warm welcome was for the city as well as the recommendations of the very precious restaurant so we will avoid tourist attractions from the city centre. In short we will definitely come back very soon!!!
