When we arrived the lady of the house Heidi and the two friendly dogs Guinnes & Omer gave us a warm welcome. We got a sparkling glass of Champagne and could relax after our long and hot drive. They have a swimming pool, beautiful terrace and the food is really outstanding.  Peter (Pierre) is a real chef and prepares a real gastronomic dinner and for breakfast he offers a wide range of fresh products. My husband asked some changes for his allergies and if you ask this on forehand it's no problem to adapt the menu. It's simple: if you are not a food lover and don't like Champagne you better stay away, but for foodies and bons vivants it's a real Paradise. You can ask a lot of information about the region. They organise Champagne tastings etc...  If you need something they are very friendly and help wherever they can.

Luxury Bed & Breakfast, a warm welcome and delicious food

The setting itself is not bad and the structure is actually pretty good.
It has a home feel to it, which can be good and bad. 
We arrived with our family and were  greeted by a couple of friendly dog, which was nice. After a little while a woman came to greet us and offered us a drink. Great start.
The issue for us, after a very long drive with the kids, was that, the suite family room was too small for the four of us - even though I paid more to have a larger room.
There was no air conditioning on a very hot day/ night.
Some of the fittings were falling from the ceiling and there was a mechanical noise going on around the ceiling of the room that we could not quite work out what it was.
The use of the pool felt intimidating, as if invading someone's privacy, because the owner and some guests were all staring at the pool, as if it was their home and you're using their pool.
Dinner can only be served if you book it, no one told us that, the frustration of having kids and having to drive to the town centre. Had we known, we had booked it, on that same day we enquired about food and they never told us we had to book.
Breakfast a total extortion at €30 each adult and €8 for each child - definitely not worth that money.
In the nigh we went to bed early and could not sleep until very late, as guests around the pool were having a great time. When booking, I specified a quite room.
Overall, poor experience and will not go again.
This place might suit couples, definitely not families.
Still, it does not hide the fact that the owners could do a little more in making guests feel at ease.

If you are looking for a gastronomic gateway in Champagne region, here is the place to be. The familial atmosphere, the pool, the peace of the village, near Troyes and the Outlet Village McArthur. Lots of things to do. Heidi and Pieter are amazing, working very hard to make sure your stay is perfect. I think You can book a variety of formulas, we had the breakfast, the gastronomic dinner with the champagne and the wine included, two champagne tasting, one with some bites of cheese and salami, the other one with a nice pick-nick near the Champagne house. 
Good beds, clean! It was an amazing stay! 
Propriety is good known with Flemish people because the owners are Flemish. 

Top quality 

This "Chambre D'hôtes" is just simply amazing. The villa was built in 2011 and has an excellent view on the surroundings. There are only 8 rooms and some of them are huge. The owners are really friendly and helpful and Peter really is an excellent cook.

Everything (really everything: champagne, beers, wine, liquor, ...) is included in the price paid in advance so no worries there.

The owners help you out if you want to visit something in the area and sometimes they go along with you on the trips they planned (like a champagne house for example).

We had an excellent time here and we'll be staying here again!
