After a stay I wanted to share my opinion. The hotel is occupied by people all year round, probably illegally. It smokes cannabis all day long, there's a guard at the door. I saw drunk occupants and others urinating just outside the hotel. The police should make a descent into this place that is no longer a hotel at all but a refuge for aggressive, undocumented alcoholics and especially for dealers who don't even hide!

Welcome from the manager, but unfortunately the sequel is unfortunate! Bed bug attack, when I read the other comments, I'm apparently not the first!!! The soundproofing is non-existent and the environment is quite noisy! I really don't recommend this hotel...

One of the worst experiences I've ever had, arriving at the hotel at 11:30 p.m. we found that the bed was full of urine, wet to the mattress, they couldn't change our room and we had to stay there for the night, unworthy and indecent, they also tried to turn our mattress around, to see if the other side was dry, but it was totally black for the mold, disgusting, but the money if they took it

I do not recommend this hotel for the non-professionalism of the reception. The telephone and in my personal case, the non-consideration of the annual booking action. I had made sure to book directly on the hotel's website. I cancelled by phone. I was not told it was too late. The cost of the nights was charged.

Based on the price and the photos I saw, I assumed this hotel would be good. In reality, it was hugely disappointing. The rooms were unloved and unsuitable, the bedding was dirty and the fittings falling off the wall. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. But most annoying of all was the location - right next to a stop light which seemed to attract every moron in Rouen, who would sit with their car windows open, blaring music loudly ALL through the night. Which was even more annoying as the weather was warm and there was no air-con, so we had to keep the windows open. We barely got a wink of sleep.

The room was properly furnished, we had our own balcony, on which there was still a lot of debris. The bed was still original plastic packed, a thin mattress was placed on top. The goldfish pond on the balcony itself offered a miserable view. The turning pump was still, the water level in the estimated 240 litres of plastic basins had fallen by a third (damped in the last days of summer heat) and one of the two large fish died on the ground... Since I have been urgently taking the necessary care, I hope that the remaining fishes were much better maintained in the future.

Unfriendly and absolutely unprofessional reception. We are not given any information about WiFi and opening doors in the evening (we meet in front of a closed door and have to call the manager's phone). Room absolutely no street art, poor cleanliness (toilet basin, mold in the shower, poor quality bedding, no soundproofing....). No toilet paper roll (and no apology from the manager when we claim it), empty soap distributor, room that feels sweating when we arrive. To avoid!!!!!!!!!!!

When I resettled I thought I would find a well-decorated, clean hotel with a parking lot as stated on the site but when I arrived I learned that this famous 'free parking without driver' was actually just a rotating plaza always taken by the same car (surely their...).
