The hotel is nice, the rooms and the toilets are clean, the staff is nice, listening, the breakfast is good, the car is not useful, so we'll come back with pleasure and no hesitation.

Right in the middle of town and near the beach.

The hotel is well located in comparison to the shops, arcade restaurants and bathroom in the main street and close to the beach. On the other hand: a very noisy place. Don't expect to rest in peace. We hear the neighbors' doors knocking at night as well as their aisles and their entrances to go to the toilet and showers on the floor. Some rooms do not have a toilet or bathroom. The bathroom is so quiet that we even have the impression that some neighbors are going to open our bathroom. The walls are fine and we just hear what happened.

Very bad experience

No parking, no air conditioning, wine bars and restaurants across the street that have made a run-in impossible. Until 2 a.m.

A bad experience

Hotel a few steps from the seafront, barely far from the central market, ideally placed to walk around without a car in Royan. Our room, with shower and toilet, was small but clean and elegant. Small price, ample breakfast, friendly reception. A good plan.

Nice hotel and very well located

The rooms are very spacious and very clean the bed 160x200 very comfortable worthy of a meteor hotel the very welcoming staff breakfast generous for our family of three we were delighted to recommend

Very welcoming hotel

Changing ownership, everything renovated, of course we couldn't push the ripe ones but the kindness of the hospitality greatly compensates for the tightness of the rooms.

To add that the bed is comfortable, the rooms are surprisingly quiet given the location, the staff very kind and tidy, and we'll be back without hesitation for a second.

Small family hotel, perfectly situated, with excellent value for money

I loved this hotel!!well located,come on vacation for three days,we have spent two nights,and what a nice surprise!!the family room was very clean,two big beds,complete bathroom!!shower,wc,lavabo in the room and plus a small private terrace,breakfast was very nice stick,big croissant,goldy sunshine!!!!is nice!!

Very well located hotel

The only positive point hotel well-placed and still if it was quiet in the street welcome right but no more hotel vetust carpet to get into the rooms horribly dirty tachee in the rooms management not done correctly allowed me to pass my finger on places plinth etc..c is dirty and in addition tv broken in a room that I did not report so much the hotel is vetust elsewhere coming to the reception you understand right away

A night of hell

It's a two-story apartment with no elevator, it's not too bad, it's nice, the rooms are clean, and breakfast is delicious.
